Drop off great, info terrible
Drop off was very quick and efficient
the reason for the lack of 2 stars is due to the lack of information from stressfreecarrental about the drop off location and even the collection, they told me very specifically on their website and in emails that the gobycar offices were off site and I needed to travel away from the airport to collect the car when the rental offices were in fact on the airport

First booking attempt was rife with form issues, including an unexpected problem with my age (senior). The second attempt had no problems whatsoever. The insurance protection was more affordable than most. I appreciate that the reservation can be canceled.

The guy who rented us the car was very professional and accommodating. We had a problem, and he did everything he could to resolve it in a very honest and trustworthy way, which really impressed us.
The car was perfect, and we didn’t have any issues with it at all. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent a car.

Again, beware, the walk to the terminal is kind of long, if you have a mobility issue. IAM, though, baffled as to why they would send me a text asking me when I would drop off the car.
