Booked a Centauro car through StressFreeCarRental for Chania Airport, with a confirmed 23:00 collection and our flight details provided.
Our flight was delayed due to weather/ATC while we were already on the aircraft. We landed around 23:00 and were out of the airport around 23:15. There was no Centauro shuttle, nobody answered our repeated calls, and we even took a taxi directly to the Centauro office only to find it closed.
The next morning Centauro couldn't even locate our booking and told us to contact StressFreeCarRental.
Despite call records, taxi receipts and clear evidence that we genuinely attempted to collect the car, StressFreeCarRental are simply refusing a refund and have labelled us a “no-show”, despite our repeated attempts to collect the vehicle.
Very poor customer service from StressFreeCarRental, compounded by the poor experience with Centauro on the ground in Greece.
Would not use StressFreeCarRental again. Pay extra and book through a recognised comparison platform or directly with the car hire company.
UPDATE: I have already contacted your customer service team, who have failed to understand or acknowledge my claim and have generically refused me a refund.

Quick, stress free, super helpful staff
Process was quick and hassle free - big shout out to Kian who was really friendly and got us sorted with no issues. We were able to use our debit card, which a lot of other car rentals said they weren’t able to do. Excellent service, would use again any time we need a rental!

Chat does not respond, and simply emails you a few hours later stating that you have a reply.
Clicking the link simply sends you to their homepage :(
Emailing them has a similar pointless exchange.
Very concerned as our booking is only a couple of weeks away, and this company appears not to exist, even their google app is none existent!

I now have 11 messages from Stress Free Car Rental which simply say, you have a reply please click here!
None of them work and I've been unable to read a single reply,
It's difficult to see how this is Stress Free and is driving me nuts,
It seems obvious that there is not a single human brain cell on the other end of these messages and without any viable way of contacting the company do not see how they have such a high Trust pilot rating.

I had a fantastic experience renting a car in Korea. The service was excellent from start to finish - the staff were friendly professional and very helpful. The car was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the rental price was already very affordable.
What made the experience even better was that they gave me an amazing discount which I really appreciated.
The whole rental process was easy and hassle-free, and I felt that they genuinely look after their customers.

No confirmation page appeared at the end of the booking. Instead, I only received a Trustpilot review request, even before getting a confirmation page, let alone picking up the car. Very confusing.
