This company is a scam! I bought the Pilates bar, and am now being charged a monthly subscription fee of $19.95 that I didn’t authorize! I emailed them and received a reply stating that the fine print with the initial order included an automatic enrollment in this bs monthly program that they will charge you for until you cancel. I would never have bought anything from them if I knew this! What a scam!

I really hate gyms. But Stretched Fusion is fantastic. I can workout at home AND have a community of people online who support me. More importantly, I'm 52 and getting strength training done, which is wildly important.

Love this multifunctional Pilates bar! Easy to use, highly effective, and perfect for at-home workouts. The programs are motivating and easy to follow, with clear guidance on increasing resistance as you get stronger. The workouts are challenging and deliver real results. Great customer service too—highly recommend!

BEWARE- Even if you cancel your subscription on the website they will keep taking your money until you also cancel through paypal. This info is not upfront. Very shady company and business practice.

The exercises were challenging but not impossible. Susan's voice is amazing, it's soothing and understanding and encouraging. She also makes it clear that it's okay to not be perfect, you do what you can and realize that you will get stronger.

As you can see from my review on March 23 and your response to it that I was obviously lied to about you canceling my subscription. I was charged again in April. How do you run a business like this? I’m going to keep submitting reviews until I get this resolved. I’m also going to get my bank involved. You told me that I should contact you personally Ena, but that is impossible. You do not have a direct email so I guess I have to put my complaint out here for everyone to see!

I love the atmosphere! Everyone from instructors to others working out has been lovely and encouraging. I also love that there are different workouts to try and adjustments to make. And I am feeling like I'm improving my health strength, balance, flexibility, and health overall. My one area of disappointment thus far is that I don't seem to be losing any weight, and I was hoping I would be after 5 months. So if there are workouts that help more with that, please point me in that direction!

I never subscribed and have been continuously debited. Pay me back or I go to the ombudsman. I bought a stretch band of Temu it came with a brochure to subscribe for ????
I did not subscribe and I have been charged around $30
A month since January. I have submitted a fraud case with my bank. I need to be refunded.

I bought this exercise piece and I was automatically billed 19.99 a month for what I later found out to be access to videos with instructions on how to use this equipment and was a monthly subscription. I just HATE companies that TRICK buyers this way!

I have emailed you twice in January and twice in February. Nobody has even acknowledged my emails. Maybe posting this will get your attention. Your website makes it impossible to cancel a subscription so my next call is to my bank to contest the charges. Will I finally hear back from you?

Bought Pilates band in December, not realising a monthly fee would be charged for videos. I cancelled my subscription but they continue to debit my card. I objected to the 2nd debit and demanded a refund and confirmed I had cancelled and they confirmed this too. My card has just been debited a 3rd time and I am waiting on a response and refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely Love the stretched Fusion program. I can easily get a quick and effective workout at home especially on busy days. Definitely love their community and all the support I get from all the women in the group

I love my stretched fusion pilates bar! The videos are so fun to do. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the workouts challenging but not a chore to do. Customer service is also helpful. The band on my bar broke and they sent me a new bar right away. My one complaint is that I have been a member for 2 years and new videos are not posted monthly.

I bought this product for my mom because she did not want to leave her house to workout. She loves it and uses it daily! Stretched fusion also provides a community and a workout library. It was the perfect all in one bundle for her! She looks stronger and more fit to me ever since she started using it two months ago!

Never got the product. Send three emails following up and never got a reply. Did a chargeback with Visa. Then the company replies to my email saying "we are researching what happened". I said too late.

Worth every penny. I purchased directly from Stretch Fusion so I can stream the videos. Took me a bit to get familiar with how to mirror the videos to my TV, if I can do it anyone can. You can grow with the workouts. And it seems like small movements but you really feel your body responding. I am feeling parts of me I have lost touch with. I feel stronger. I 69,

I had originally purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend and I quickly realized this was the best gift I've ever gotten for her. She absolutely loves it and says it has completely changed the way she sees fitness. We live far from the gym so its been tough for her to make time for the gym and the commute but now she can just work at the comfort of our home! She's lost 10 lbs in the past month and I swear it's made her a much happier person. Thank you Stretched Fusion for such a great product!!
