I really love & appreciation the community app for Stretch Pilates. It is wonderful to see all the ladies their journeys and their encouraging post. I was quite nervous about starting this program, I haven’t exercised regularly in about 5 years. I was diagnosed with Sjogrens disease a little over a year ago and it has been stealing all my energy, with extreme fatigue. Which then affects my emotions. The doctors suggestion “get some physical activity, push through the fatigue when you can” So I’m so happy about this program. I thought of trying to join a Pilates gym in my area, but they are just too expensive. I have just finished the first 7 days of the 30 dat challenge. And even in just the 1st week I feel a little more engery. So proud of myself. Thank you for this program.

I absolutely love my stretched Fusion bar and the experts that guide me via videos. I feel like they know me personally and their gentle reminders throughout the videos are so appreciated. Any questions are answered quickly. I feel I am getting stronger each week!

I’ve been using them for a long time now, and one thing that really stands out is their customer service. They genuinely care about their customers and always make you feel supported. I also love their videos. The workouts are easy to follow and perfect to do from home. Honestly, it saves me a lot of money every year, and that alone makes it worth it.

Before this I was jumping between random workouts online and never had a real structure. The 30-day challenge gives you a clear path to follow. I also like that new workouts get added to the library regularly.

I’ve bought a lot of fitness programs over the years and honestly never finished most of them. This one was different. The workouts are short, simple, and surprisingly effective. They advertise 10–15 minutes, which sounds unrealistic, but it’s one of those things you have to try yourself to understand.

Still just starting the program. Feel that it is easy to use. The equipment is portable which I like.

My product in a timely matter. I am doing sitting pilates, very easy to follow along.

This is an amazing program where you can work at your own pace and the best thing is it’s amazing supportive community where everyone is there to help lift you up, answer questions or just make your day brighter! There are videos for everyone, no matter where you are at on your journey. All in all 5 stars for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The exercise series are great. I am getting stronger and having less back pain from doing this program. The community allows for motivation to stick to it and support for modifications when needed.

I’ve tried just about every home workout trend over the past few years, but Stretched Fusion is the first one that actually feels like it was made for my body. Absolutely love it

BUYERS BEWARE -- When buy the Stretched Fusion Pilates bar they Automatically Subscribe You to a Recurring $20/month Video Subscription! Misleading Purchase as I DO Not sign up for Subscriptions, then suddenly got a charge to my credit card which I DID Not Authorize! Yet another company underhandedly signing you up for Recurring Charges that you did not authorize!

I have had $29:97 taken from account for some membership that I did not ask for or require. I did buy a Pilates bar and find it okay but did not sign up for any membership or monthly subscription. Beware what you say or click on or you will end up paying this too. When I tried to email them I received a "no reply" response. BEWARE

Keep taking money from my account…

I bought the bar not realising it included a monthly subscription to classes I dont need. Despite cancelling, they have yet again taken money from my account this month. Very dodgy, frustrating and unethical.

Do not buy any 'exercise' programs' it is BS. They will just take money from your account monthly. SCAM

Appalling service.

Purchased a pilates bar with 90 day tutorials. No where on the invoice did it specify it would be an ongoing subscription.

Stretched Fusion took it upon themselves to debit another amount from my account 3 weeks after the first amount for what I have since been advised was a subscription. I have since cancelled it but don't appreciate companies not being upfront.

Do not give them your credit card details what ever you do. Consider going elsewhere. There are many other places who offer better quality bars at a better price.

Also, read the other many negative reviews regarding same thing to form your own opinion....dodgy unauthorised billing.

Everything about Stretched Fusion is absolutely amazing. From the first time I did my first video on November 3rd, 2025, I was hooked. Never have I joined a fitness program that I cannot only do at home at my own convenience, but I also can not wait to do my next exercise video every day. It’s everything you’ve imagined and more. It literally works every part of your body with the resistance normally in 20 minutes or less a day.
The trainers are absolutely top notch, and you have so many training platforms to pick from that you will never ever be bored. And the Stretched Fusion community. Talk about having a support system. It’s all there everything you’ve ever wanted. I’m telling you check it out.

The product arrived in a timely manner. The website and set up is not user-friendly. I purchased a 90 day challenge for $9.99 instead of $49.99.
The communication level with the company has a lot of room of improvement needed. I emailed several times to ask how I access the 90 day challenge. Every time I got a reply when they finally did reply. It was like I was speaking to a Riddler. First they said that my membership was canceled and then they said they couldn’t refund the nine dollars, which is not what I was asking. I was asking how do I access it?
So the bottom line is that it’s not user-friendly. I find the website being very clunky and confusing. Other than that, the videos are great once you find them. I will use it and hopefully I get some improvement. But Customer Service has some room for improvement.

I ordered and received the stretch fusion bar kit on 10/12/25 and used the free 30 subscription once within the first week of receiving. I found it difficult to follow the online video instruction while laying on the floor which is certainly not the fault of Stretch Fusion. However I noticed a $19.99 charge on my debit card that I did not authorize or order on 11/11/25. Even thought I have left messages on every stretch fusion customer service asking for an explanation, refund , ect. I have received ZERO responses and have only been able to cancel the subscription THAT I DID NOT ORDER. There is NO customer service associated with Stretch Fusion and find their business practices to be completely sketchy. I REGRET giving any of my personal information including my debit card to these people.
