Stretched Fusion Reviews

SCAM. I only bought the bar. Then couldnt cancel this crap subscription. BUYER BEWARE!!! They DO NOT return calls of emails and still charged when I was trying to cancel their subscription which initaed when logged into my emaill and opened the email sent. SCAMMERS! Scummy company that misleads because one opened an email from them.

Don’t buy from them …after 1 month i am still waiting for my bar and they took money from my card for videos i never order …Have to cancel my credit card…

My experience with the Pilates bar has been positive. I have not been consistent with any other machines or workout equipment until I purchased this bar. The app is great and has different instructors and classes available. I have gained strength in my core and arms and look forward to the classes every day.

As a new mom navigating postpartum, finding time for myself felt almost impossible. Yet this Pilates Bar helped me shed my postpartum weight in a way that felt totally achievable. Just 15 minutes of focused movement, and I could feel my body gently reclaiming its strength. It’s lightweight, portable, and beginner-friendly. The convenience and quick routines made consistency possible, and that’s everything when there’s tiny humans depending on you! It’s not just the physical tool—it’s the access to workout videos, the supportive community, and the 30-Day Challenge that keep me motivated. Knowing I have instructors guiding me and a whole group of fellow women cheering me on made all the difference. If you’re looking for a simple, joyful, and powerful way to reclaim your body, this Pilates Bar is it. It’s affordable, easy to use, backed by a great return policy.

I’ve been using the Pilates Bars from Stretched Fusion for over two years. I have every color! Their products are well made and super cute. I use their online library to get workout ideas and it’s so helpful. There are over 100 videos on there which helps in effectively using their product. Customer service is responsive and easy to communicate with. I’m waiting for more colors and designs to drop so I can get them!

Stretch Fusion is a fun, time efficient and effective workout. The 30 day challenge is great and you WILL absolutely see results. The instructors are awesome and easy to follow. The company encourages members to be active with the SF community so everyone feels very supported as they navigate their fitness journey.

I love the Stretch Fusion Bar. The workouts are perfect for my busy work and life schedule. I was skeptical at first, but the resistance bands really give you a workout that you can visibly see in a short period of time. I never tried Pilates until I found this bar. I feel like this is the perfect work out for a woman my age.

I follow the outdoor bonus clips of the spring & sculpt challenge-pilates training videos filmed in city parks;it’s strangely motivating. The fresh‑air setting and cheering soundtrack make me look forward to workouts. I even roped in my neighbor to join via speakerphone. It turns exercise into a small community event with the spring & sculpt challenge-pilates training videos.

This travel combo pilates bar & ring bundle fits snugly in my carry bag, so I’ve kept up with workouts even on cross‑country flights. The ring collapses flat and the pilates bar twists down in two pieces. I still get a full range of motion despite the compact form. Flight layovers have never been more productive thanks to the pilates bar & ring bundle.

I have contacted this company 3 or 4 times, and they never acknowledge my request for cancellation. I have not received any videos from them either. I feel this is a fraudulent organization.

This company is a huge scam. First, they took forever to send me the products, and they did it one product at a time. Then, sending me the videos was another odyssey. The subscription thing is their biggest scam. Supposedly, you can cancel it at any time, but that's NOT true. I've been charged their monthly subscription fee for over three months without having an active subscription with them. I've sent them emails every month, and they don't even bother to respond. If my review prevents someone else from being scammed, at least my experience has been of some use.

This company keeps trying to charge my card for training videos. I have strongly requested them to cancel this subscription that they say I have but to no avail. I never signed up for these videos. Buyers beware.

BUYER BEWARE

The 2 stars is for the bar itself - it's ok.

WARNING: Fraud, Bad Customer service

The "30 day free access" starts when you order - not when your bar arrives
Took 6 weeks for my bar to arrive. (4.5 weeks longer then the promised delivery window)
They had already charged me a subscription fee for a service i could not even use! (useless without the bar!)
Asked for a refund on the subscription fee and reinstatement of the free trial period - No they can't do that
Asked that the subscription be cancelled - They told me done
2 months later, still getting charged a monthly fee & forced to get the bank involved.

The bar itself is ok, i've used better bars but no amount of quality can make up for bad customer service and fraudulently charging my card.

Sending unsolicited items and charging for same. It was not ordered or wanted.
The original order took weeks to arrive.

They promise some free videos. They claim to send you an email " two minutes after you order" to join up to access these free videos. I never received this email. They sent a follow-up canned email saying if you didn't get it just write us and tell us it will resend it.
I have requested it 10 times at least via email. Two or three times through their website twice through Facebook. No response from them whatsoever.

I ordered my stretched fusion bar on 5/2/25, it is now 5/17/25 and I still do not have my product. I waited over a week before I tried to contact them for an order update and even though I have sent them numerous emails, I have received only one response which stated that they "would look into it". I also reached out to them via their website, and the response that I received had the exact same tracking information that i had provided to them that stated that my order was "undeliverable" in Colorado which is stupid since I live in Idaho. I have never received any actual help or information from their customer support staff.

Excellent brand, quality product

This bar helps me maintain proper form during exercises, making my workouts more effective and safe. I’ve never felt better.

I’ve incorporated this bar into my regular workout routine, and it’s made a huge difference. Plus, the workouts are enjoyable! I look forward to them every day.

The instructors are so engaging and motivational. Their videos keep me going even on tough days. They’re the best.
