Structural Survey Reviews 8

I would not recommend this company due to the fact that a couple of big issues were missed in our full structural survey. This includes one issue which they flagged as a Condition rating 2. The surveyor stated that there was only one single air brick present to the front elevation so there is a lack of passive ventilation to the underside of the suspended floor. It is clear from looking at the property that there is in fact more than one air brick present. It concerns me that such a simple thing was missed. Correspondence with them regarding another issue has been disappointing due to their dismissive and condescending manner.

Awful. Customer service was shocking. Jackie (op manager) hung up on me after fobbing me off many times. They took a photo of the roof from the floor and told us we had 20 plus years left on it, only for us to to find 1 year later, once moved in, water pouring in through the roof. No compassion from Jackie. So rude. We have a 4 year old daughter and water was coming through the plug sockets. Never use them.

A total joke from start to finish.
Started off threatening to cancel appointment if payment wasn't made, but no invoice/request for payment was issued. They blamed this on an exibition event they were preparing for that was a greater importance. Then they messed me about going back and forth and then cancelled altogether. What was really annoying is that initially the Google listing gave the impression it was Swansea based, but was actually somewhere in England. I honestly wouldn't waste a minute with these guys. Total cowboys.

A prior review goes on to state 'avoid like the plague'. You have been warned. I can give you nearly £20000 of reasons why. Non intrusive? Actually probably done from the car ....

overpriced, shoddy and very much a waste of money and time kind if company. God forbid you don't like their work and try to complain! you'd get their very unprofessional and uncompromising director to email you and tell you to take it to their ombudsman.
there are many companies out there that offer this type of service, don't bother using this company, you'll have to wait ages for the report and it'll likely be vague and pointless.

Never ever use this company. They do not carry out a full structural survey and use excuses not to do so. They have cost me thousands in repairs because they do not think it necessary to check any part of the structure that is hidden deliberately by the vendor. Not their job apparently. Avoid like the plague
