Unfortunately, I can only award 2 stars:
1 star for the speedy invoicing.
1 star for the fact that a reminder including a voucher was sent for an item left in the shopping cart.
I have not received my goods or a shipping confirmation in 4 weeks.
I had to write several emails to get some information that the oven is still in production and components are missing.... There should be a lot of work on communication here.

request for a pellet stove…Niagara 14kwh
did send a request for a pellet stove per email indicated in their web site. However no reply by now. Not sure if the guys speak any other language than Italian, response rate indeed low.

Ordered the stove on 8th November 8 day…
Ordered the stove on 8th November 8 day later arrived damaged not working. They sent new parts to this day waiting for a technician to be booked so he can repair it. I have been left with no heating. 30 November I was told I need to ring a technician to get it repaired I don't speak Italian having to get someone to ring for me. Today I'm asking for a refund and it to be returned we will see what they say, This is new stove that's damaged, customer service is really bad.
