The company was helpful with my enquiries before ordering.
Delivery was quick following my order.
Product was well packaged.
Assembly was straight forward- used WD40 on some of the bolts.
Very pleased with finished Eames style chair

Arranging the delivery was painful, being in a new build my address was refused and I had to risk my order being delivered to the address of the previous build which no longer exists. This has not happened with any other delivery, even from the same delivery company.

Some of the bolts were badly threaded which made assembling the furniture very difficult.

Great communication. The chair Eames style chair is really beautiful and very good quality.

EA117 Eames chair was delivered and assembled for me to make sure I was happy with my purchase!

The chair arrived very soon after ordering, and was easy to put together. Two of the bolts were not quite long enough, but I had some that fitted, otherwise good.

Ordered an Eames replica chair. From moment of purchase I could not fault this company. Customer service was solid and response to emails was quick and assuring. Placed an order for an office chair, but the incorrect gas lift was sent. Tried calling the number on the website and it goes straight to machine message. No one ever seems to be available to speak to on Live Chat- but this seems to be the case only AFTER placing the order. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for the gas lift to turn up, but impossible to get hold of anyone to chase. A stressful purchase.

Excellent products, design and quality wise, at reasonable prices. But more importantly is the outstanding efficiency, and courtesy of the Customer service staff I have been dealing with in several occasions. A big hug to the entire team 🤗
