Tammy and Riley were wonderful workers

Tammy and Riley were wonderful workers. They were understaffed and preformed professionally with excellently. I order two foot long sandwiches and they were delicious. They had orders backed up and they also had a catering order to take care of. Despite them being understaffed they were very nice and polite. These two workers deserve a promotion or at the very least a raise.

I have just spent £20 in the sbway at…

I have just spent £20 in the subway at pool in cornwall. I rated the experience as a 1 star.
You get 1 star for your staff who were helpful and polite.
What in heavens name made you install a ordering system that gathers orders faster than the staff can produce them....genius.
The staff are swamped, frustrated and getting confused while being polite and helping people with order problems and people wanting to order by the normal speaking to someone method.
It was an awful experience.
My wife quite liked her baked potato. My meal was not enjoyable and I will not be returning to any subway with this order system. Your staff deserve better and so do the customers. I feel that i have wasted money for soggy bread and evaporated cheese. Awful...just awful. Groups of people, standing around waiting for food and staff trying to go faster.
The old system was slow but worked and you talked to someone, it was paced, order food, put it together and leave...this was rush, rush stand around and watch someone else rush.
I will not be returning. I used to really enjoy subway. Not every change is for the better.

The vegetables were not fresh

The vegetables were not fresh, in fact they were way past fresh, some had slime. I order veggie sandwiches but could not eat these.
I am disappointed as I often ate at subway in the past.

Shrinking portions higher prices

I used to work here and I swear the meat portions were double or triple what they are now. Sandwiches look distasteful with a tiny layer of meat. Keep in mind prices have more than doubled but quality and quantity has gone downhill.

No way to contact customer service

No way to contact customer service. The online chat bot says you’ll get an email but you never do. The store never answers their phone. I just wanted the other half of my footlong I paid for that they never bothered to pack in my to-go bag.

Subway in Cookeville Tn on…

We went to Subway in Cookeville Tn on Jefferson Ave. I ordered the Subway Club with black olives, pickles and mayo. I asked for extra pickles because all the manager put on were 5 pickles. He told he he'd have to charge me $1.25 to add 5 extra pickles!! WHAT?? That's just CRAZY! I did not get the extra pickles and we'll take our business to Jersey Mike's which is right down the road!!

Their just sandwiches

Haven't been to Subway in over a year. YIKES! Wow, what happened there? These prices have gotten super high for cold, non-cooked food. Spent 37+ dollars for a salad, footlong BMT, 1 cookie and a kids half sub plain ham and cheese only. What are you thinking? I know what I'm thinking. These prices are nuts!

Do not buy a gift card for subway

Do not buy a gift card from a third party(CVS, Walgreens, etc). We had a second gift card not accepted by their stores. Submitted the card #s to customer service fro research. They say the card was not properly setup at the time of the sale, and to take the receipt back to the store you purchased from. A reciept for a gift purchased months ago. No, screw you and your BS.

Disappointing

We ordered a foot long with double meat...not extra...but double. That was not provided. Ridiculous since I paid an extra $4 for it. I ordered a tuna salad. The bowl was only 1/2 full when I had asked for more vegetables. Very disappointing!

Terrible experience in Forest, Virginia

Subway app added mayo to 2 sandwiches by default - didn't want mayo. Has never been a problem before. Sandwiches were thrown together with ingredients falling out. No napkins included with takeout order. Subway location is 14805 Forest Rd, Forest Virginia. Never again.

subway 5693 South Jones

subway 5693 South Jones. worst place on the planet. can't speak or understand English. ordered on the app and the guy could not make heads or tails about my order. Paid for extra meat got squat. Customer service SUCKS.

I’m extremely disappointed in Subway… meatball sub

I’m extremely disappointed in Subway sandwiches the meatball sub put put them on the mat and it will take them off the map. I got a foot-long meatball sub today and I will never get another one because the meatball is a quarter of the size it used to be. The only thing changed was the price it got more expensive and not less the last meat you get the less expensive it should be but there’s no point in getting one at all anymore. Extremely just satisfied, Lisa money.

I was in dumpling Valley kodak…

I was in subway at dumplin Valley location kodak tennessee the guy making our sandwich had no clue what he was doing he put 5 meatballs on a foot long meatball sub our bread was torn and not cut correctly the Philly steak he said the little black measure cups were out so they were just guessing how much goes on the sandwich so you can guess how that went considering he thought only 5 meatballs went on a foot long then I had to tell him 3 different times onions only on half the sandwich it was a horrible experience ĺ

I used to enjoy going to subway for a…

I used to enjoy going to subway for a great sandwich. Then they sold several stores in my area and the new owners were very skimpy on the sandwich filling, barely giving any meat and filling it with lettuce. Extremely disappointing and therefore, I no longer go there and have switched to Jersey Mikes, which give a great sandwich with a lot of meat and fillings.
