Subway Brookside Marketplace in Tinley

Subway Brookside Marketplace in Tinley Park, IL. Appears they have changed owners, new people work slow as molasses. I placed the order online to be ready in time for my lunch. I only get thirty minutes. Arrived and they were still making the order. I didn’t get my sandwich until 15 minutes after the sandwich was to be ready. Totally unacceptable!

Prices advertised are EVERWHERE and are NOT honored. Spent 45 minutes attempting to place an order online and on cell. All apps and websites down. Unable to obtain VALID phone number for customer assistance. Done with this dishonest behavior...

Worst Subway I’ve been to

Worst Subway I’ve been to, they have had problems for ages with the terrible touchscreens to take orders but the staff just ignore you. Stood waiting for 5mins to be served they don’t acknowledge you then just start working on mobile orders, ignoring me stood in the shop, not even a ‘be with you in a minute’ courtesy. This is a general theme every time we go in, just had to walk out and go somewhere else for lunch. Really poor franchise.

Subway went wrong putting the shield over the food we order. See mY food was the best thing everyone wants to see heath .call me an see what the people want. We want to see what we getting. It was a BIG MISTAKE BUTTING THE SHIELD UP.

Attention
The employee working the shift on March 14th at 10:15 a.m. is unfit to serve the public. Right before my eyes, he just kicked two people out of the store simply because they did not speak English. I tried to translate for them, but the employee would not allow it and completely ignored me. As a loyal, long-time Subway customer, I demand that this individual be removed from his position as soon as possible. If you require additional proof, I have both video recordings and photographs available. Should you fail to take action regarding this matter, I—with my one million social media followers—will be compelled to publish a post exposing everything I have described here.

Don't go to Subway in Georgetown Texas

Workers we totally confused and acted like customers were a bother. Ordered a meatball sub and they had no meatballs. Had to prep them. When I got home they were ice cold. On top of that it wss 30 bucks for 2 subs. I don't know how these people are hanging on. All around awful.

11977 St Charles Rock Rd Suite 140 Bridgeton, MO, 63044 314-344-3335 I placed a delivery and they changed it to pickup. When I called to find out what happen, the people there claimed to not understand what I was saying. So the manager gets on the phone and said "too late it is for pickup." I requested a refund 3 times and this person actually said, "too bad no refund" if I give you refund who is going to eat the sandwich? Then he hung up and would not answer the phone anymore.

Went to subway in Cherryville and the young girl that’s working there today. I hope she never waits on me again. If I didn’t live so far away. I would have taken my order back to her. That’s what you get for ordering online. She didn’t put half of the items that I requested and neither did she toast my bread like I ask her to poor service

Worst service

Asked for roasted turkey sandwich and was given cold sandwich. Asked politely to give me toasted, they refused and did not bother. Asked to put fresh lettuce and they simply ignored. There was sparse crowd so there was no pressure. God knows if they want to be in business at all! 49900 Grand River Ave Is the address, dont ever buy there…
