I like this company a lot! After an American holiday I was looking for a brand of confectionery I'd bought while I was there and came across "Sugar Box" I've placed several orders and been very happy with my purchases, I diversified from the "Hi Chew" sweets to also buy different types of crisps and juice, I'd heard people on a podcast always going on about Jamon Ruffles after Spanish holidays, so I was delighted to notice them stocked on Sugar Box' (easy to use) website and even more delighted to be able to try them for myself and now too a fan of them. One of the other great things about sugar box is they often give you a 10 or 15% promo code to discount their already very reasonable prices, give them a try, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee you will find some products to enjoy.

I ordered a good amount of stuff, including an American snacks mystery box at £20, when I received the mystery box it contained items totalling £14.95, I could have ordered it myself and saved myself £5, but if a rip off tbh, won’t be ordering again

Ordered multiple times from sugar box and they have always given high quality products. Exactly what you ordered and delivery’s are never too long. Prices aren’t too cheap nor too high. Always recommend it

We recently ordered a box, as my son is Home Educated and wished to look at prices of American sweets and compare it to UK sweets as well as sugar content. So it was super fun! Upon unpacking we were pleasantly surprised to see such an array of different American sweets, we even got a lovely cola, cherry and vanilla can, as well as some spicy crisp. Everything was packed really well and the boxing it came in was presented well. I would highly recommend purchasing from here!

Have ordered 5 times already and will definitely be ordering again! Fantastic customer service when I had an issue with an order, was resolved straight away. Delivery was quick & easy too!

One of the best sites I've used for American sweets/drinks. Arrived quickly (2-3 days) and packed well! Thankful I found them as my usual website didn't have the stock I needed - have used Sugar Box twice now and would highly recommend.

Really disappointed, ordered sweets for my daughter’s 5th party all the big rainbow lollipops arrived smashed and the sticks had fallen out. Packing was awful, little bit of bubble wrap and in a box with way to much space for them to move around in transit which is what happened. Had to use some as I was short but was so embarrassed giving them out.
To add insult to the situation by the time I got a response I was offered a refund for only 4 of the 12 lollipops and £5 credit! Obviously the fact that they all arrived broken didn’t matter, Declined and told them to keep it as it is laughable and the fact it was credit.. will never order again as if that’s what they think of their customers, to send orders in the state they were and then insult them with ‘credit’ they don’t deserve any business.

Updated the fact they have lied and said they would refund them - lies and they said only 4!!

I am usually very hesitant to order things online - call me paranoid, but I just like to be on the safe side

I saw SugarBox on a facebook advert - which I would usually not even click on - but the products that it was showing me had grabbed my attention
I thought this place was too good to be true
I dont know what possessed me, but I ordered £50 worth of snacks straight away

BEST DECISION EVER

One of the items (lays subway crisps) was unavailable at SugarBoxat the time of my order, they were waiting on their shipment that had been delayed

I emailed them to make sure everything was okay (a lot of places will either substitute with an item you didn’t order, or they’ll just not send that item and offer refund, but you won’t know that until it’s at your door)

They sent an email to let me know that everything was still coming, and that my order had been slightly delayed so that they could fulfil my order and provide those subway lays crisps

Delivery was very prompt, I was given royal mail tracking number
Packing was amazing, the crisps were BUBBLE WRAPPED to protect from getting all crushed in transit

I’ve had very quick responses from SugarBox via email

Genuinely though, my order arrived today (03/02/2024)

Really good selection of great snacks. I often buy my wife all sorts of extra ‘stocking filler’ bits for her birthday and finding her Snacks ‘o’ the world has become a bit of a theme. Perfect!

I’ve ordered from them a few times. My last order of American crisps (I love Herr’s!) and cookies was perfect and I got it within a few days. Everything was in date too. They are also quick to rectify any issues or answer any queries.

Super quick delivery, always carefully packed so nothing arrives squished! Amazing selection of products at really good prices. They’re my “go to” for American/foreign candy and I would highly recommend them, you can tell they value good customer service.
