NOT SLIM FIT, SIZING AND FIT IS WAY OFF
A while back I ordered a few pairs of the “Slim fit” jeans in different colours. They looked amazing on the website, and exactly what I was looking for & had nicer colours of jeans than similar instagram competitor clothing stores, for the same sort of price, (around about £50 ish) which is a perfectly normal price for decent jeans. So I went ahead and ordered them in my usual size 32 waist.
I was very disappointed upon receiving my items that they were all at least 3 sizes too big. And one of the pairs was 4 sizes too big even though they were the exact same jeans as the other pairs but in a different colour. They didn’t even look slim fit in the legs at all, More of a straight / boot cut jean. So even if I reordered and they fit me round the waist, I don’t see how they would be slim fitting at all in the legs.
It’s a shame as the colours of jeans I ordered were really nice, better than elsewhere, but the size and fit is just nothing like I expected. Unfortunately missed the return date too so I’ve lost hundreds of £££ buying the type of jeans that I could buy in the local supermarket for £20 but 3x too big. Definitely not worth the “decent jeans price tag”
Pleased to see that there is warnings about the sizing now on the website but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Sneaky and Unusual Return Policy
I purchased two items from Sulfit Clothing during a sale and was really disappointed when they arrived — the quality did not match the photos at all. Naturally, I wanted to return them. That's when I discovered their very unusual return policy: if an item is discounted more than 25%, you're only eligible for an exchange or a gift card — no refunds.
Most of their items are constantly "on sale," which makes this policy feel like a deliberate tactic to lock in customers' money. Yes, I should have read the policy more closely, but this type of restriction is not standard and feels misleading. It's definitely left a bad taste and, unfortunately, I won't be shopping with them again or recommending them to others. Buyer beware.

A very disappointing experience...
Having followed Josh for a number of years and always appreciated and enjoyed his content I was keen to give his brand Sulfit Clothing a try.
I purchased a grey zip hoodie and it arrived in a few days. The hoodie wasn’t very soft and not to my liking so I returned it (Within their 14-day policy and in an unworn/perfect re-sellable condition) and this is where the problems started.
Apparently, because I’d used a 10% discount code (Was a new customer) I wasn’t eligible for a refund and after a tedious email exchanged it became clear that they wouldn’t refund me my money. They offered me a gift card for the same value of the hoodie, however having returned the item within their 14-day policy and in an unworn/perfect re-sellable condition I am entitled to my money back by law.
I don’t understand why you’d risk clocking up a host of negative reviews, it clearly seems to be a problem from reading some of the other comments here. Just deploy a 30-day return policy on all items to keep things simple and to bring yourself in line with other retailers. It’s what online shoppers come to expect.
All In all, a really disappointing experience which has left me out of pocket and has put me off returning as a customer.

I was going to purchase jeans from this company but on reading reviews and their response it has put me off. They clear skirt around the issue to avoid giving refunds by original methods instead offering only a credit note. They do say in one of their responses that the receive hundreds of emails everyday. Are these emails from disgruntled customers? Thanks but I’ll ordered elsewhere that offers refunds if not suitable and doesn’t try to say you returned outside your returns window. As long as you have proof of return and it’s well within the 14 days they should honour their refund policy.

Regarding our refund policy: we do offer refunds to the original payment method for all eligible returns made within the 14-day window, in line with our clearly outlined return policy. Store credit is typically offered only in cases where returns are outside that window or where items fall outside standard return criteria (e.g., sale items, worn/washed items, etc.).

I bought joggers from them in the past twice fitted aura joggers 2 generations they where great specialy the second generation but in march 2025 this i had a very bad experience i spent about 100£ on 3 joggers from this company called the luxe aura joggers so they still call them aura joggers but luxe u would assume that they are even better then before but no on arrival i tryed them and the joggers where lose nothing like before fabric was worse then before fitting was worse then before and confirt was not like before either.
I contacted them by email and they said the previous generations will not come back as they have changed supplier no wonder the worse qualirty material and loose fit.
Problem starts after when i decited to return the prodouct you will pay your own postage and make sure its tracked as i seen revies of people that didnt get a refudn because the return delivery was never recived, on top of that i had to contact them for a refund as i saw with the tracking my parcel was there 2 days early so it took me contacting them to refund but dosent end there they will not give you a refund they said if you buy something that is on discount then you will not recive a refund but a gift card so i got a 100£ gift card i requested them if they can refund but they said it per their terms they cant refund discounted stuff and guess what 99% of the items on their website are on discount , but dosent end there so ok no refund so i leave the reviews only on the 3 prodoucts that i bought explaining other people the fitting and naming situation and the refund situation i check after few days and the review is deleted on all 3 prodoucts, so they are tampring with reviews on their prodoucts so it looks like its all 4 star or more by deleting lower reviews
Now i have 100 pound stuck with a company wich basicaly after checking theyr inventory is mostly stuff from shein at a ripoff price
