I found their service excellent

I found their service excellent, having rang an operator she gave me clear ideas on suitable holiday options for our family of 2 adults and 4 children.
We then explored the website and were able to find a lovely holiday to Italy.

Was charged 100% cancellation charge…

Was charged 100% cancellation charge due to testing positive for covid. There was no option to change the dates or get a voucher, nothing.

A miserable time…..

Having requested in our booking that we be placed with our travelling party we arrived to find that we were placed at the furthest end of the site from one another. We had to argue to be placed close together. We ended up 100m from each other. Locationally it was great as we had very easy access to the beach. However, the web site pictures are very out of date, the site is now surrounded by a perimeter fence and the 4 star site although large was not as advertised namely access to the beach as there was now a fence.
Oh dear! Did I mention the mosquito’s?
We had a problem with the EHU which sent a surge into the vans plugged into it. Thankfully I was minimally inconvenienced unlike my neighbour whose computers took a pounding.
Internet access did not work, the reason was off site not their problem.
Ouch! Did I mention the mosquito’s they are everywhere and ready to bite at any given moment, I experienced less of a problem in Scotland at the worst time. Quite frankly that added to a miserable time. And to think we drove 900 miles for this. On the bright side, the sun was hot.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NO USE THEM. IF YOU BOOK THE WRONG DATE BY ACCIDENT OR CHANGE YOUR MIND THEY WILL TRY AND CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS OF EUROS FOR NOTHING. IT IS COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RE SELL THE BOOKING. YOU DONT PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN YOU BOOK AND IT IS EASY TO MISS THE TERMS BUT THEN THEY SEND EMAILS DEMANDING YOU PAY UP EVEN WHEN YOUVE TOLD THEM YOU DON’T WANT THE BOOKING. I EVEN OFFERED TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO COVER ADMIN OF TWO EMAILS BUT THIS WAS REJECTED AND THEY ARE DEMANDING ALMOST 300 EUROS. DONT USE THEM. LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE

Great service

Very helpful efficient service. Lots of options available to us for our holiday in terms of campsites and accommodation. Received great advice in terms of what best met our needs. Cant wait to go on holidays!

All the info I needed to find the…

All the info I needed to find the holiday I wanted was online, although I did have to spend a fair bit of time finding my way around until I worked it out.
One improvement I can suggest is to have more info on ferry crossings available on the holiday parks page

I made an online booking

I made an online booking, received confirmation but im not able to view my booking. I tried calling the number provide from the uk, but had no luck. I have also sent 2 emails and not received any response.
