The absolute worst company imaginable

The absolute worst company imaginable. I wish I had read the reviews. The quality is awful and the colors are maybe half as bright as online in person. All returns are refused. SCAM!!!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered my sons glasses several weeks ago and I just keep getting the run around about a pre-ordering delay blah blah blah. Worst place I've ever ordered from. Can't speak to a live person just these lame emails back and forth. Baseball had begun and no glasses. This place is s scam for sure. I will file a report with the better business Bureau for sure. I will be filing a claim with my bank as well. Losreyes suck.

Shame on you Los Reyes

Their ad said would have merch before Easter. I had to reach out to them. Then shipment would be the 15th. Then now again another 2 weeks. They responded to my emails but only with delayments. With all the bad reviews, i believe thats why they they would respond but with intent of delivering. That one star i gave was generous only cuz i had to put something to write a review. I have since reported them to my bank! They are a SCAM! Shame on you Los Reyes!

I saw all these horrible reviews about…

I saw all these horrible reviews about this company, and I got very nervous. But they delivered my buy one get one glasses in under a week. Both products were in the package and the product was great! My nephew loves them.

No Update on Order Status

I ordered two pairs of glasses on 03/24/2026, still no update on order 115487. I have attempted to contact them via e-mail multiple times and still no response. If the glasses take time to deliver that is not the issue, it is the lack of communication from this company. Please update me on my order status!

Could not talk with anyone

Could not talk with anyone, they will only do email after several request to talk with someone. I placed order in november and was to ship in two weeks. After several emails i was told they were out of stock and would be January before my order would ship. I request refund but they would not refund even though there site still showed all in stock. I did get them in January. I continued trying to contact them and they stopped replying and refused to have manager or anyone else talk to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM GLASSES ARE NOT AS THEY ADVERTISE.

Received wrong items and terrible customer service

We placed an order for the buy one get one sunglasses. We received one pair that was correct and the other pair was unfortunately not the pair we had ordered. I reached out to their customer service on March 10, and they responded back right away. I even included pictures of our packing slip and the items that we had received in our order. They stated that they would correct this mistake and reach out to the fulfillment team and get back to me as soon as they had heard something. That was the last time I heard from them, and it is currently April 3. I have reached out to their customer service two more times asking for updates on where we were with fulfillment and shipping the correct pair and have heard nothing. Honestly, at this point, I just would like a reply from them.

Don’t waste your money…

Terrible customer service and extremely long shipping times. If any part of your order is preordered or back ordered they will it ship any part of it until it’s all “in stock” no matter how long it takes. They will not issue any returns, exchanges or refunds. Buyer beware! Don’t waste your time or money.

Liars. Dont purchase express or glasses

Ordered 2 pair of sunglasses and paid to have them withing 2days just to get an email saying thet will be delivered after April 15th. What was the pointt of express? Might be good sunglasses but with the misleading website i will never order from them again.

I ordered the sunglasses with a hard…

I ordered the sunglasses with a hard storage case. The glasses finally arrived on the 26th of December. When I opened the box I had 2 pairs of sunglasses with spare nose pieces. The storage case was missing. I immediately emailed them. I’ve contacted them a few times the only response was the item was out of stock and they’d get back to me which they haven’t. The glasses are nice it does take a bit to get your items but you will not get all you order. They delete it turn off comments on social media that are negative or trying to inquire on orders.
Buyer beware!!!

Do not buy from them unless you want endless frustration

These guy are bad all the way through. Placed an orderd mid December showed up end of January. Got the wrong items, sent an email the next day. 6 weeks later get a reply stating to send the wrong pair back. Send it back?! Do they think i'm crazy, then i'll be out the wrong glasses and the exchange glasses as they'll never send them back. I'm not one to leave reviews but los reyes is trash, stay farrrrr away. They are full of excuses and blame everyone but themselves when they are the only ones to blame.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order on 12/3 was told the order was shipping by 12/16. I emailed them 3 times telling them to cancel my order. I went to my bank on 1/14 they started a claim and today 2/17 the glasses were delivered! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHIT COMPANY!!

Great product, terrible shipping time

Placed my order of two pairs on December 4th expecting them to arrive in time for Christmas, got an email the 7th stating my order was being prepared. Then nothing, reached out to costumer service and was told they were back ordered due to a high influx of orders due to the holiday and them being a small family business. Understandable but should have been made aware of that before order was placed or shortly there after. They showed up finally on Jan 20th, the glasses are great both my kids and I love them. But hesitant to order again due to not knowing how long I’ll have to wait to get them

Paid in full for 2 items, received 1 item, can't get resolution

I placed an order Nov 28, 2025. It was communicated at the time of order that it would ship within 5-10 business days. Payment was taken out immediately, though an incomplete order was shipped weeks later.

On Dec. 14 I could see the order was not moving so I reached out and their reply was they had a big demand and needed to restock & there is still plenty of time to get your package before Christmas.

On Dec. 17 I followed up and the reply to me on Dec. 18 was they were waiting on the accessory bundle to restock “early next week” and when it was received they were prepared to ship my order immediately. They had the glasses I ordered, but were holding them for an accessory bundle to be restocked.

I received the sunglasses part of the order that was supposed to originally ship within 5-10 business days about a week after Christmas, and I was told the items might have shipped separately so I waited a few days to inquire about the other item. It NEVER arrived.

On January 12 I reached out to let them know that only part of my order was received. I ordered sunglasses and an accessory bundle. The accessory bundle has never been delivered.

On January 12 I was notified that my "ticket" would be transferred to a specialist team for review to get the issue resolved.

On January 14 I was notified that the missing part of my order would ship in 5-10 business days and I would receive an email with tracking. I did not receive an email with tracking info or the accessory bundle

On January 29 I inquired again as I have not received the accessory bundle and I have not heard anything back from Los Reyes.

On February 9 I emailed to LosReyes that my order was paid in full to the company on Nov. 28, and I am still missing part of my order. I asked they either send me the bundle immediately or refund the money I paid for the bundle.

February 13 I received a response saying my shipment was delivered and to check my property...so all of my numerous communications were ignored and they cycled back to "you got your package, go look for it."

Do not order from this company.

Received a package with no sunglasses…

I ordered these in early December 2025 and said I would receive it by 12/18/25, had to send multiple emails asking where my order was, finally received it on 2/9/26 with nothing inside the package. I have sent 3 emails with no response whatsoever.

Complete shell and fraud company, do not sell any real products

They just steal your money, they don't actually ship out any product whatsoever and they do not have any live customer service agents. It is a total scam website, complete fraud. They also delete every negative comment on their social media.

Update, as of 2.14 they have supposedly shipped my order from 12/5 after I have constantly reached out via email, facebook and Instagram comments. We'll see if anything ever arrives.
