You should receive policy documentation through the post within 10 working days of us processing your application, as well as a welcome letter which usually arrives ahead of the formal documentation.
I have passed your concerns to our Customer Service team however and asked that they contact you by telephone to confirm everything with you and reissue any required documentation.
