Stole my money. Applied for a loan, didn’t sign up for this, now repeatedly have 30 quid debited from my account. Working on fraud investigations with my bank

Yet again you have not cancelled my account as requested and taken funds illegally after my request for you to close my account numerous times and am now starting legal actions. Unfortunately the bank doesn't help so have had to close my bank account and re-open a new one with a different bank just to stop these transactions going out!! Thieves🤬

Sorry to read all the other negative reviews. Exactly the same happened to me. I called my bank to put a stop on un authorised payments x 4 that still came out as I did cancel within 14 days. This worked but no refund. Horrified to discover this week another payment came out under a different company Saving Star which I did NOT sign up for so they will not stop thieving . Phoning the bank today and will take it further legally if I have to. Keep up the pressure everyone. Need to stop them. Call your bank to stop payments.

Total fraud! even though I did not accept their £ 29.95 debit from my account, they did it themselves. Also, it is not possible to canceled their subscription. They do not reply to the email and do not answer the phone. I took the case to my lawyer.

Absolute scammers take money out your account without permission can’t cancel it online as it just says error and can’t get through on phone I have emailed them so hoping I hear bk

These people deserve to go to prison. Every single review is 1 star! Total scam, preying on the least wealthy in the country. The scam occurs this way

1. You are looking for a loan through a broker.

2. The broker sends you a link to a website which says that to obtain loan you need to authorise your age and ID by paying a small fee of 12pence.

3. Nowhere on that page does it advise you are signing up to a subscription service costing 29.95 a month. An email is never sent confirming the subscription either.

4. When you reach the sunny savings page, you realise it has nothing to do with loans - it offers discounts easily obtainable by a free Google search.

5. You regret losing 12 pence, but forget about it.

6. 4 days later you see a 29.95£ charge to your card from "sunnysavings.co.uk". You immediately google the site and ask how to cancel. You then receive a cancellation link in an email. You follow the link, input your data and the website says "ERROR: CANNOT CANCEL ACCOUNT". you then send several emails which are not acknowledged.

7. Eventually you phone up and depending on if you are lucky or not, you will be refunded but you HAVE to do that within 14 days from the date the account was set up.

8. LIARS SCAMMERS CHEATS AND FRAUDS.

PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT THEM TO ACTION FRAUD

Money was taken out of my account with out my authorisation, and when asked for a refund I was told I was out of the 14 day refund policy. I would not recommend this company as they have poor customer service and do not care for customers.

Paid 12p verification fee while looking for a loan online. They took £29.95 from my account. Called them & was told my subscription was cancelled & my bank details had been removed. ??? Will ring my bank & query this transaction. Dont try e-mail them, comes back as "delivery incomplete" absolutely fuming about this. Scammers.

They took 29.95 last year I rang them and was shouted at by a rude man, who told me I had signed up (I had not), he told me my subscription was xancelled, I had also rang the bank and notified them, woke up this morning to see these little scammers had taken another 29.95 tried to cancel subscription I know I haven't got and it didn't recognise my emails , quick enough to take money but not give access to their site hmmm suspish if ya ask me.... rang the bank again this morning and a dispute is being opened as I have already raised issues with this company previously luckily my bank have given me the 29.95 back this time. The lovely man at the bank told me it's usually from credit checks the only one I use is experian so shame on them too...

I have now had two payments of £29.95 taken from my bank account and I hadn't even signed up for anything.
Can't get in touch, have emailed numerous times but no response. Absolutely disgusting company.

Absolutely appalling company, apparently signed up to this when looking at my credit score, took money out and advised that couldn't cancel rang them for days and no answer and tried the cancel using the email cancelling procedure.... Never received an email! Rude staff on the phone and completely patronising. STAY AWAY from these people

I had 29.95 taken from my account without my authorisation. Tried to cancel subscription could not do it. Sent email and called bank. I have sent a dispute but the bank have said they don't know if they can get the money back

Take money out of your account without consent. Money makers and scammers. Had £29.95 taken Christmas evening when I did not even sign up to this company. Barbaric

Scammers. Tried to take 29.95 out. Also identitymonitor lucky it was empty n it was declined . Have notified fraud squad and cancelled card.and have them blocked from taking money out too. Be careful of inputting card details. Think they came from applying for loans

This is unbelievable, this company just took money from my account I never even heard of these people. It is purely disgusting that they are allowed to get away doing this to people, watch out for these thieves, truly low lives and Moral less people, they don’t even qualify to be called people
