Suno's music is great, support simply sucks.
The music Suno makes is simply wonderful. My life standards and expectations are quite low and me gets happy, almost instantly, on the smallest things I find nice or useful.
So why only 1-star review then?
When speaking of delivering a real customer support, Suno is nowhere to be found. Situation is quite desperate, in fact.
Long story short.
I have purchased my Suno account (around £220/year) for a very talented Russian female who writes amazing songs. Never had any interests in making music. Just listened to her amazing songs. In her Telegram group she awarded me with a coup called SIMP of the Year (2026). That was it. I have blocked her from all social contacts. However, she kept the access to my Suno account. I have started to make my own songs. She understood she is blocked everywhere except Suno and she deleted almost all songs, not just her songs, but mine as well, including songs I have made for my wife's birthday. That was quite personal assault. Took it personally.
Asked Suno to transfer my Suno account from a UK telephone number to a Gmail. Opened up the Gmail Suno and requested an account transfer, including the billing. That did happen on May 8, 2026.
I was asking Suno's support once a week, how it is going? Shall the transfer will take place this week?
On the 4rth week I have asked for a partial refund, would like to transfer my accounts myself.
Silence is all that followed up since my partial refund proposal.
Suno's support is stunningly arrogant, not with words, but with actions, which is more important. Actions matter everything. Words are empty. So, Suno gets quite silently aggressive when it comes down to refunds. They cut off all support and communications. That is how Suno works.
Meanwhile making songs with Suno is pleasure and if one has no high expectations? Will get quite happy with Suno's music creations, as they are quite decent.
Just do not talk money to Suno... or customer support requests like account transfers, this is where your problems with that platform will escalate rapidly.

Suno let me login with my normal personal email address (non @gmail.com), let me sign up for a subscription. Billed me. But requires I use a @gmail account to sign up, or be an Apple owner, which I don't care to be.

I made a mistake by choosing yearly plan at black friday. In their FAQ they say we can be refund 11 months if we did that mistake.
since then enter a 6 months of wind desert with the support.
I had to call my bank and ask for a dispute because they didnt respect their FAQ and gives no answer for months. For an unknown reason my bank didnt accept the dispute (i think suno knows so they do what they had to do to block me) and then they magically answer that SINCE THE BANK HAS REFUSE THEY CANT REFUND ME LOL.

The music generated is quite decent, however, the website is buggy and often not usable. Iliked one of the free demo songs and upgraded my account toget the full version and license, now when I login my songs says unlocking, but iot never unlocks, this has been the same for two weeks, I emailed customer service, twice, and go no reply. I have now requested a refund. The site is OK for basic use, but zero support makes it a weaker option

Non existent customer service
I ordered additional credits but despite the site saying the purchase had gone through, the credits were never added to my account even though I had paid for them. Even worse, their support centre just totally ignores the emails I’ve sent asking them to rectify the matter.

Paid for a “Monthly” Subscription, Lost Credits, Lost Two Weeks, Ignored by Support
I have rarely experienced such a frustrating and misleading customer experience with a paid online service.
I paid €33.60 for a Suno Premier monthly subscription on April 21, 2026 (receipt #2933-4720-4686), yet my subscription expired on May 8, 2026 instead of lasting until at least May 21 as any normal customer would reasonably expect from a “monthly” plan.
In practice, I paid for a monthly subscription and lost nearly two weeks of paid access immediately.
What makes this even worse is that this shortened billing period was never clearly explained before payment. The receipt itself shows a billing period running from April 8 to May 8 even though the payment was made on April 21.
I also lost 680 credits during the upgrade process. These were NOT leftover credits from my previous Pro subscription cycle because my previous cycle had already been fully exhausted before April 21. These credits came afterward through rewards, challenges, and additional accumulated usage.
Despite sending multiple detailed emails with screenshots, video proof, payment receipts, and explanations over several days, support never properly resolved the issue and eventually stopped responding entirely.
The platform itself also suffers from constant technical problems:
• failed generations
• broken “extend” generations producing only 10-second clips instead of several minutes
• audio artifacts
• prompts not respected
• unusable AI vocals despite extremely specific requests
• wasted credits on failed outputs
To make matters even worse, during my final evening before expiration, Suno itself displayed a technical warning saying the service was experiencing issues, preventing proper use of the remaining credits and paid access time.
So not only did I lose credits and lose nearly two weeks of paid subscription time, but I was also unable to properly use the service because of their own technical failures.
The lack of transparency regarding billing periods, disappearing credits, subscription handling, and support responses is honestly shocking for a paid platform.
I have screenshots, payment receipts, emails, and video proof documenting everything.
At this point, I seriously regret trusting this platform and I am strongly considering moving permanently to competitors like Udio.

They have been taking from my account and since Feb saying they will refund me for a free account that they have been taking money for and on our last email, no money and since then no response. They have ghosted me. Here is my last email acknowledging what they owe me.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Suno.
I paid for a subscription, but when I requested a refund, the money was never returned. What makes the situation worse is that I contacted their support team multiple times via email, and received no response at all.
Taking payment and then completely ignoring customer requests is extremely unprofessional. There was no explanation, no update, no attempt to resolve the issue.
This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for customers and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Suno until they start honoring refunds and responding to their users.

TITLE: Founding Customer Blocked by Billing Error - ZERO Support Response
I have been with Suno AI since its inception, utilizing it as the backbone for the 918 Collective's production workflow. Up until now, I have been a satisfied champion of this tech, but the current lack of professionalism is staggering.
My accountis currently locked because Suno’s system will not accept a $30 payment from a bank account I have used with them for years. I have sent multiple inquiries and have been met with total silence.
As a Director, I cannot have my production "soil" held hostage by a glitchy payment processor and a support team that refuses to communicate. It is unacceptable to treat founding customers this way. I am ready to pay, but Suno is the bottleneck. Fix your billing infrastructure and contact me immediately to restore my service.
"Due to the significant disruption of my professional production schedule and the lack of timely support, I expect a credit of at least one month of Pro service to my account as a gesture of good faith. I purchased a Suno Premier subscription (£122.88, Nov 27, Invoice ADQVOFIQ-0002).
The service worked initially. However, after being logged out, I was unable to access my account again using the same login method.
Suno support later claimed my account was linked to a phone number login. Using that method creates a completely new account with no subscription or tokens.
Current situation:
* Payment taken in full
* Original account inaccessible
* Support acknowledges an issue but has not restored access
* Replacement login method does not recover the paid account
I have provided evidence and followed all support instructions, including recording a video showing the failed login process. No resolution has been provided.
A chargeback was attempted but declined due to Mastercard policy on subscription disputes, despite this being an access issue rather than a cancellation request.
This is not a billing dispute — it is a failure to provide access to a paid service.
I am now escalating this through formal consumer protection channels.

SUNO.COM is not good AI Music Generator
I am a creator who writes my own lyrics and composes my own music. I purchased a SUNO premium subscription for AI music production. I was given 2500 credits, but I ended up spending more than 1000 credits just to get a single song close to what I wanted and even then, it still wasn’t exactly right. It could have been better, but I didn’t want to spend more time and lose more credits.
I understand that SUNO is still under development, but they no longer allow you to train and use your own voice. The pre-made vocal options are still experimental, which means they often go off-key and mispronounce the lyrics.
If you are aiming for a more professional result, it would definitely make more sense to set up a home studio. Alternatively, if there is a platform that does this better than SUNO and allows you to train your own voice with AI and produce flawless, in-tune songs, it would be wiser to subscribe to that instead.
However, SUNO performs quite poorly in this regard. Not only have they recently removed features, but they also fail to fix incorrectly pronounced lyrics. On top of that, the prompts are not interpreted properly. Even when you don’t ask for anything unusual, it randomly adds unnecessary vocal runs and humming sounds. You provide a melody using your own voice as a reference, yet it adds overwhelming bass and random, inappropriate instruments that completely ruin the result.
If I were to consider purchasing a SUNO subscription again in the future, I would definitely pay attention to the following points:
1: Allow training and usage of your own voice (PERSONA feature).
2: Provide a library of well-trained, high-quality, and reliable SUNO vocal options.
3: Improve prompt understanding and interpretation.
4: Accurately process reference audio inputs without adding unwanted elements or deviating from them.

Absolutely pathetic. Nothing like they show in the ads. I bought to add music/instrumental to my song but it doesn't work. I sent them multiple mails asking for help/refund. No response at all.
