Technology is great, but the method is unethical. You lure people in with the word "free," make them waste hours on typing and setup, and then stop the process by requiring payment at the very last step. This is called "dark trading." Be clear from the start! Don't waste people's time.

Realy amazing experience! It is hard to make all right from the start, but after some time start working nice. Most of problems with create song UI, it realy bad and with subscription management, errors on every touch, be carefull.

Suno doesn't compensate customers for the commonly occurring loss of service; Suno even tries to deduct more money from payment methods than agreed to.
The support doesn't even bother replying.

The most valuable use of AI I have encountered yet. It cost me very little and has brought me deep satisfaction and emotional fulfillment.
I am a songwriter, musician, and performer for over 50 years. I struggled with the imbalance and disparity wrought by the designs and standards of the music industry. I watched a handful of industry dandies -who served the whimsy of that industry, literally selling their integrity for a spot in popularity, fame, and (lol) fortune, while significant talent, heart, and content was swept aside.
Using Suno was just like taking my poetry to a studio, and having the studio musicians produce the music, except that instead of having to pay thousands of dollars, I accomplished the task in hours at the low subscription rate of $10 a month!
They have been responsive to every question and problem I may have had.
But the music they have allowed me to create out of the volumes of poetry I have written - never intending to set it to music, is just incredible! This leveling of the playing field has been long awaited.

Bro this is the best ever ai platform i ever seen. defenitle recomend to pay for the subscription. It genarated all the audio and the voice and evrything under 3 seconds of uploading my song. Just brilliant and the quality of the song is next level. it is relacing singers full time.

On March 27, 2025, 666.19 DKK was withdrawn from my bank account by Suno without my authorization. I have never signed up for any Suno service, subscription, or account, and I did not approve this transaction in any way. Despite contacting both my bank and Suno’s support team multiple times, I have received no explanation for how this charge occurred and no refund.
Suno support was slow to respond and ultimately could not find any subscription or account linked to my email addresses. Nevertheless, the unauthorized charge was not refunded, and my bank dispute was rejected. I repeatedly explained my situation and provided all relevant information, but Suno failed to take responsibility or provide any real solution.
This incident has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I still have no idea why the money was withdrawn or what it supposedly covers. I expected a much higher standard of transparency, accountability, and customer care from a company like Suno.

I subscribed to the Suno Pro plan and paid US$10 on June 15, 2025 (Invoice number: TJVCMNG6-0002 / Receipt number: 2618-1503).

However, after payment, my account was downgraded and is showing the lower plan (3.5) instead of Pro.

I have already sent multiple messages to Suno support, but I have received no reply.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I kindly ask Suno to immediately update my account to the correct Pro plan that I paid for, otherwise I will have to cancel my credit card and request a chargeback for this payment.

This is a great tool. I am not a musician, just a listener. But as one I have already made many songs from scratch that other people than just myself are enjoying and playing all the time. Also some music based on lyrics I provided. Of course it is not perfect but still much better than I ever expected. And pretty easy to control and adjust in many ways. I paid for one year subscription in January 2025. In late April I somehow lost my access and could not log in. I contacted support but did not get any reply for 2-3 weeks. So that was a bit frustrating. However the login problem was due to my Suno account linked to google account and using my google password. For those who lose access to paid account I recommend checking the password manager to retrieve the account. Anyway Suno is a young company and they are constantly improving their program. I see lot of potential in this and look forward to use it in the future.

I paid for the $96 annual plan and purchased multiple $30 credit packs, but the results have been extremely poor. The generated songs are consistently broken — robotic, off-key vocals, white noise at the beginning, strange bird-like sounds, and complete disregard for prompts (such as accent, language, or instrument instructions like avoiding fingerpicking).

Despite trying to make it work, I ended up rejecting over 13,000 songs in my workspace due to unusable output. That number speaks for itself.

I’ve contacted support and requested a full refund and account cancellation. So far, no proper resolution.

For anyone considering this tool: I strongly advise against paying until serious improvements are made. Definitely not worth the money in its current state.

Scam! I had 4,500 credits before my monthly subscription was renewed, and I was supposed to get another 2,500 when it was renewed. That did not happen... Instead, they took my money and 4,550 credits!😳. When i tried to contact support they refered me to discord😳😳

I've been experiencing multiple ongoing issues with Suno AI (v4) since early March, which have significantly impacted the service's usability for me. Notably, out of approximately 10,000 credits used, only five outputs have been usable. Below, I detail the specific problems:

Degrading Audio Quality: Since March, there has been a noticeable decline in the audio quality of the songs generated, particularly noticeable from 1:45 to the 2-minute mark. The audio becomes fuzzy, muddy, and coarse, with difficulties in sound level management and equalization. This degradation leads to a loss of synchronization between vocals and instrumentals, making the vocals sound robotic and strained, similar to a vocoder effect. This issue has been abrupt and consistent across all outputs, suggesting a possible change in the AI algorithm (stealth update in march? Please roll back to February Algo suno). It occurs in approximately 95% of cases, especially noticeable as the songs approach the 2-minute mark, then its downhill from there. The vocals adopt a robotic effect, losing the original pitch and tone, accompanied by audio artifacts like strange knocks, laser sounds, and faint background conversations.

Laser Sound Artifact: I have detected a micro split-second laser-like sound, occurring once or twice per song. This quick zap-like noise, detectable by careful listening, disrupts the listening experience.

Volume Level Peaks: Around the 2-minute mark, there are abnormal peaks in volume levels, causing the track to sound unbalanced and somewhat distorted. This further detracts from the overall quality of the track.

Hoping for a fast fix but it seem the dev are not prioritising fixing this issue.

These issues suggest a potential alteration in the Algo settings by Suno, possibly to incentivize the purchase of more credits? As a frequent user, I noticed these changes immediately in March compared to my previous month in February which did not suffer from such an extensive downgrade.

At this point, they need to rollback to the February version V4 Algo because the current one(March) is so problematic that any credits spent are essentially wasted. I've personally sent them an email requesting a full refund for the credits I purchased, as I'm convinced there were changes made on their end this March that have led to the issues I've detailed.

I've been trying to reach their team for several days, but it seems that customer support is either non-existent or severely understaffed. We're currently experiencing a significant problem that affects the majority of our song outputs in v4. There's no point in generating a song when it's guaranteed to degrade and sound poor halfway through.

I would give it 5 stars if they hadn’t taken 3,000 credits from me just because I canceled the monthly subscription. It clearly says they’ll keep your credits, but apparently, that applies to everyone except me. Also, it seems like they’re scared of making good songs. I managed to create over 800 different songs, but only 15-20 of them sounded good. It’s just not worth it at the current price.

Been using for a little less than a month with $30/month subscription. Instrumentals are much hard to work with due to excessive repetition at first, but there are ways to make a music with more structure.

Overall, I am happy that I can create music that I like to listen to every day, and share them with the world via YT.
