I do not recommend using Suno
I do not recommend using Suno. I was charged automatically after forgetting to cancel, and their customer support is basically nonexistent. You only get automated bot replies, and no real help. I tried contacting them through X (Twitter), Instagram, and other social media platforms, but they never responded, even though they keep posting.
The service itself is unreliable. Many generated songs contain errors or do not follow instructions, and credits are not refunded. Even worse, they claim that premium users can distribute the music, but this is misleading. One of my songs was flagged by DistroKid for copyright issues, even though it was generated by Suno.
In the end, I had to contact my bank to fix the charge. Very disappointing experience.

I have changed my subscription so that I pay 120 USD annually instead of 37 USD per month! But in addition to the 120 USD they continue to deduct 37 USD every single month.
I informed SUNO about this from the beginning and they keep deducting the 37 USD from my subscription. If they respond it is an AI robot that says they will get back to me, which they don't
and it costs me 37 USD every month until they respond!!!!
I don't want to completely cancel my account as I have a lot of material on my SUNO account.

3 months later update: Suno FINALLY emailed me back, but took a month after their initial, actual response (3 mos) to get 5k credits returned.. dont get excited, i have to re subscribe to use them OR, use the 5k credits as free, no adjustments, no specific variants to songs like you have if ur paying again. Is that fair? imo, no. I had to pay to get the creative credits, but the credits i got refunded arent the same. Granted i DID at least get "something"....
I have been a paying subscriber since January and the customer service is nonexistent! I’ve emailed support twice now…. Once five days ago and again this Friday. I ONLY received a generic, AI, auto reply telling me “someone will get back to me soon” AFTER telling the AI in email that I want a REAL person! It’s been way over 48 hours with no human contact.
I am paying 10.00 a month and the 50 free daily credits have not been applied to my account once since Jan 22. It is now Feb 1. I am paying for a subscription and not receiving the advertised daily credits I am entitled to.
Suno’s AI has wasted WELL over 200 of my paid credits because it fails to follow instructions, cuts songs off mid sentence, ignores lyric cues, and the audio output is consistently over modulated.
Suno’s interface is also broken. I recorded a video showing exactly how the tags and lyrics disappear from the boxes and sent an unlisted YouTube link to “support”. That video still shows zero views which proves support has not even looked at the evidence I provided FIVE days ago. I cannot edit words in the text boxes even when well below character limits. I have tested this on both Brave and Chrome (Windows 10) and the bugs persist on both browsers. I am forced to edit in a separate word doc and restart the process EVERY single time.
This is unacceptable for a paid service. I have reported multiple bugs and provided video proof only to be ignored??? I want my account fixed and the missing credits I paid for applied immediately.
Terrible customer service
They have terrible customer service. My other complaint is that your credits don’t rollover when your plan renews. I got Suno in November of last year, and I barely had any time to use my credits. So I essentially paid them and got nothing out of the platform. I’m partly to blame… I thought I’d have more time to enjoy it. Still, I feel ripped off. I emailed them about it, politely asking if I might have my credits back, as I had paid for them. It’s been two months. Two months! And they have yet to respond. I feel ripped off. I enjoyed making music for fun… but because of this, I may not give them another cent. Support someone who actually has the decency to get back to their customers. Suno feels shady in that department.

Suno is bad news
The more I use Suno, the more I realize how bad it is. It has provided some of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. To me, one of the worst problems is that it is totally unresponsive to the prompts I provide.
I can change the "style" for a song and it will keep using the previous "style". Whoever wrote the program for Suno, appears to know nothing about what a song should sound like. The phrasing and cadence of any song it produces is not like anything a "real" musician would come up with. I've wasted countless hours of my life trying to coax a half-decent song out of Suno. I give up on it. Life is too short to waste any more time on Suno. They should give a refund and an apology to all the users who have tried to use it.
Suno often ignores prompts and has some scary glitches
Suno is a great song generator with some very annoying if not dangerous glitches related to adding rogue lyrics or not following music prompts accurately. While I write my own lyrics, and later publish to YouTube for kids videos, Suno has added its own verbiage into lyrics uploaded, which can be alarming. In one case, Suno added a phrase suggesting that children should eat hot coals from the fireplace. YIKES! I also struggle with Suno's obvious favoritism toward male vocals. I can declare "female vocals only" and use advance features (-male) but the song might either have a deep tenor singing my song as backup or it's only the male singer who knows the solution to a classroom question posed by the primary female singer. *BLEH.*
With pro membership no renewal of monthly credits...!!
I bought on 16/11/2025 Pro membership. Normally every month 2500 credits sould be renewed. After 16/12/2025 (1 month later) no credits have been added. On 10/01/2026 I used all my credits from the beginning and they added only 50 credits !!! I have sent an e-mail to the support ..... no response.... The application has a lot of bugs. Many times after creating a song at the end of the song there's a noice or understanable voice etc... I gave once a long desciption of the style and the song has been made not with the lyrics but with the text from the style !!! I lost like this many credits for nothing. I get no response or if my credits will not be renewed I will undertake legal actions.

Extremely bad, very currupt. Gives you an option to cancel but freezes it so you can't. You will have to stop your card and call the fraud debt.
Suno is a waste of time and money
This app has many bugs and zero customer service. Non musicians will think its great, real actual musicians will find it frustrating. Every track it creates has this high frequency noise that is non musical and sounds like a robot. Good luck getting a refund for credits when it creates so many unusable tracks that sound like robots fighting with guitar's. Waste of time and money. Did i say customer service is nonexistent? Should be illegal to say your providing a service but then never actually provide anything of value.
Ripped Off/No Customer Support
I paid for an annual pro subscription but I still only have access to the limited free version- and it has been 6 months. I contacted their customer support but never get a response. Very frustrating!

After almost a month of Suno's V5.0, I have released a number of songs with copyright and all to ALL platforms including Spotify, Apple music and YouTube Music etc. under my pseudonyms Vector Ghost/Psylink and have so many listeners on Soundcloud and top hits on Hearthis, I'm just speechless. The price to quality ratio is unmatched - this is THE Best buy music maker!

Suno took my money for a yearly subscription, still takes out a monthly payment and doesn’t show that I have a years subscription despite doing it through the Apple Store. I’ve emailed support 5 times and they refuse to reply. So I am leaving these reviews as promised.
Warning: Expensive auto-renewal and no response from support
Be very careful with Suno’s subscription auto-renewal.
My plan was renewed automatically without a clear warning, and I was charged $288, which was significantly higher than the price shown on their website at the time. I did not intend to renew and would have downgraded or canceled if I had known.
I contacted Suno’s billing team immediately and followed up with two reminders. Nearly three weeks later, I have received no response and no action.
The complete lack of communication regarding a billing dispute is unacceptable. Transparency about auto-renewal and responsive support are essential for paid services, and my experience had neither.
I strongly advise others to check their auto-renewal settings carefully and not rely on customer support to resolve billing issues.
Being completely ignored by Suno after purchase a Pro plan
I purchased the annual Pro plan on Suno during the Black Friday promotion, but my account was never upgraded to Pro. I have sent more than 10 emails and messages through Messenger, and I have been completely ignored. There has been total silence from their side, with no explanation or support at all.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, were you able to get any help or a refund?

To be honest, I love Suno...
However if something isn't working as it should, you can expect more than 14 days of waiting to get a response from their customer support.
This is quite unacceptable for a service this popular. They dont even have an AI chatbot which perhaps could help with some of the problems, and direct more demanding things to the human support.

I upgraded to pro for a year now in blackweek. Then i also pressed premier plan. Then i cancelled premier plan without paying. then i paid the pro plan for a year. Now im stuck and they say i have to pay the premier plan. If i press downgrade i get double the full bill for a year .. I have already paid for a year and nobody answers my emails. Very frustrating.
