Suno keep saying my card was declined, I checked my bank account yet my bank is showing funds available and is not showing any declined transaction. They said the problem is with Suno. They have billed my same card for months. Never had a major problem until now. Just tried a different card yet same problem. They are having serious technical problems. Reported it to Support. Still waiting for a reply.

I don’t have a subscription with you guys, but I just had $30 stolen out of my account and I told my bank about it so they canceled my card and I have to go through and get another one on Tuesday. I accidentally purchased the annual subscription and contacted customer support multiple times to request a switch to monthly billing, but I have not received any response.
Horrible
Horrible! You will never get a response from them for issues. The glitches are incessant. Buffers forever. Takes credits even when uploading fails. Just an overall bad program.
Can’t log in the app after payment
I purchased a subscription with them and then I can’t enter my mobile app and getting error “something went wrong” and tried to enter million of times , I tried to refresh app , close it , even restart my phone and nothing. Tried after some time and there’s been the same result and error .
I thought that the reason might be that I can’t be logged in mobile app and web at the same time so I logged out from web app to test it - still same error.
And what is more frustrating I can’t even log in to web app as there’ been an error “too many attempts” .
So I paid and can’t use the app at all. When I used free version I had no problems. When I paid, I lost any possibility to use the app.
No customer support, no any replies at all.

Ongoing Login Failures & 5-Second Render Issues for Paid Subscriber
I am a paid subscriber and have experienced continuous platform instability since Saturday afternoon.
Issues include:
• Inability to log in using my registered phone number (“Something went wrong” error).
• Multiple song generations producing only 5 seconds of audio while credits were deducted.
• Playback failures and capacity error messages.
• Extended downtime with no clear resolution timeframe.
Support has acknowledged backend instability and elevated usage affecting service, and the case has been escalated. However, access to my paid subscription has been unreliable for multiple days.
As a paying customer, I expect stable authentication and consistent generation performance. At present, reliability does not meet that expectation.
I hope this is resolved promptly and that affected subscribers are properly compensated.
Suno is great for turning written lyrics into vocals
Update 3: After trying elevenlabs i can say Suno is far superior, not only is the user interface nicer and more intuitive but the vocals are a much higher quality and beat match compared to EL. Sure there is an error margin but you have plenty of credits to spend as creating a track only costs a small handful of credits to create two at a time.
Update 2: Made some quality tracks but its error margin is large, its quite frustrating waiting for it to create to find 2 tracks is trash. It's amazing some of the tracks it comes out with though. For the price of the studio version you have ALOT of credits spare though.
Update: i just re-done about 15 tracks where it kept doing mistakes in different areas so changing lyrics didnt fix it. Absolute takes the micky when youve found a nice bassline or sung out nice and you have to change it. Editing in the editor is met with different sounding vocal to rest of track.
Previous review: There's very little error margin and only some lyrics have to be tweaked so the ai sings or raps them properly. I would like to see a larger variation of 'dark drum and bass' taking nod from 1995 to 1999 dark drum n bass.
Misleading feature removal & no refund after follow-up ignored
I subscribed to Suno on February 13, 2026 specifically to use the Persona feature (custom voice/persona creation), which was prominently advertised.
Shortly after subscribing, I discovered that this feature had been disabled/removed due to copyright concerns. This was the primary reason I purchased the subscription.
I immediately requested a full refund. Support acknowledged my request and said it was under review. After more than a week passed without an update, I sent a polite follow-up asking for a timeline.
That follow-up was ignored.
With no response and no resolution after 10+ days, I was forced to open a dispute through my bank.
If a key advertised feature is removed, customers deserve transparency and prompt refunds. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
I hope Suno improves communication and customer support responsiveness.

This is a fantastic tool to help create audio, if you know how to use the prompts and tools correctly, it does work and produces some very cool stuff, the final output is great (most of the time) and Suno are releasing newer versions with different and better functions quite often, however 1 issue with the actually functionality is that the sound on the final track is a bit funny, with what I can only describe as a windy high pitch noise faintly in the background but maybe that's just my ear? Now, my experience with the customer service/support is completely the opposite, if you need human support then forget about it, it's been over a month now since I contacted support and being a premier member i expected a reply by now, I did get an auto generated response after my first email to them, but I have followed up 3 times now and there's been nil reply, very disappointed, I this week cancelled my subscription as I cant access my account, and tried to set a new account up which then errors out due to a conflict with the previous and asks me to contact support, that's my experience with suno.. thanks
Billing Issue Ignored by Support
Very disappointing experience.
I was charged for a full annual subscription instead of one month. I contacted support within 3 minutes — literally three minutes — asking them to switch the plan from yearly to monthly.
Despite providing all requested information, I have not received a single response for 20 days. No confirmation, no update, no explanation — just complete silence.
Charging customers and then ignoring support requests is not acceptable. Please be extremely careful and double-check the subscription terms before making any payment.
Shameful Business Practices: Ignoring Refund Request Until Subscription Expires
I requested a refund on January 19th, immediately after an unintended renewal. I have sent 6 follow-up emails over the last 30 days. Suno's support team gave me a boilerplate "specialist is looking into it" response on Jan 30th and then completely ghosted me.
They intentionally delayed the process until my subscription expired today (Feb 19th), causing my 2,500 unused credits to disappear. This is a deliberate tactic to steal money from customers by ignoring valid refund requests. Absolutely unprofessional and deceptive. I have initiated a formal dispute with my payment provider. Stay away from this service if you value your consumer rights.

The truth about Suno
Be warned this isn't very depth or the whole truth in that regard but it is the truth from my perspective.
I am on a yearly paid PRO plan now and have thoroughly enjoyed making music with lyrics that I have written and attempts that become somewhat successful at directing the AI prompt to make rhythms, beats and music.
In this regard, I am very happy.
The huge let down for Suno is the support side. Absolutely non-existent. Payment issue ? No response. Tech issue ? No response.
My advice ? Check out some of the stuff folks are churning out.
"Your" songs can be 100% soulless.
You can write lyrics and while the copyright is entirely yours, you do NOT own the copyright on the accompanying music. However, you can sell your music and keep the entire income possible, Suno is already paid for.
I have never tried to make Suno write lyrics, I don't even know it if can but assume so. I recommend you don't try to live this life. Put SOMETHING into your creations.
Some of the suno communities contain toxicity. A lot of hate and anger. Suno moderators, where they exist, are poor at their job. If you write a song about a subject they don't allow, you get timed out, as if you are a hater of what you are writing about. Automatically. Moderators do NOT care.
I would speak about this more but trustpilot can't be trusted.

I did a terrible mistake by choosing 1 year instead of 1 month. I have tried for a long time to get in touch with them, all I got was a auto answer 21 of october, since then notting. They have a good product, but customer support that are far from good enogh. A Big thank to David at Suno for his help, to finaly resolved the probleme, and restored some of my faith in th company.

They don’t respond at all except to tell you that somebody will get to you as soon as possible but the whole week has went by and I can’t even get my account fixed. But I paid for the service only had it for two days working and now I can’t use it in a half the month it’s about to go by already
