You always hear horror stories when it comes to Solar Panels being installed on your house i.e. "you won't get much of a return", etc.

I looked into solar power with a battery. I then reviewed it by research and going out of my way to find others with a battery and solar to see if the savings are real.

Now if you structure your system efficiently (which Sunsave do for you) then the savings made over the contracts life time will outweigh the cost of electricity over the same period.

However I didn't want to pay £7.5k up front. Well this is where Sunsave came in. They offered a system with a replacement battery and warranty on all products.

Now it will be cheaper to pay the £7.5k up front however I didn't have that money to spend and just like getting a car on PCP I decided Sunsave was the only way I can install the system.

I alrady see a benefit of the system. I would recommend investing if you want an electricity bill that is more resilient to inflation - always worth noting that every 10 years energy prices increase by 100%.

So far have been really impressed with the process . Our contact , Jack was clear and quick to respond to all our many and persistent questions. As he said it’s a long term relationship and it needs to work. So far so good

As part of our research to go solar we included Sunsave due to the subscription model used in other countries in Europe. We were after a larger system and couldn't justify the initial outlay when all our other rennovation costs were over running.
We particularly liked the end to end through life support which makes it a fit and forget system for the individual. The system is monitored and maintained and any issues resolved.
The team from initial discussion and design all the way through to installation and aftercare have bee in amazing. It is like you become part of a family and not just a customer.
Whilst the subscription service may not suit everyone it was right for us and we have seen a significant saving in our energy bills.
Do your research but at least speak with the team and see what they can offer. This type of subscription is popular in many other countries and the Sunsave team delivered everything for us.

The installation was ultra smooth, the electrician and installer of the panels were great, really accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Had a consultation with Milo about solar system. He advised us that a solar system was not economical in our instance due to shading from surrounding objects also unsuitability of our roof. This was very honest as other companies were quite happy to fit unsuitable systems.
I had suspected all along that our property was not well suited for a solar system and to have Milo confirm this was refreshing.

They've been great from the start plenty of information and answered all my questions. Helpd me fill i the correct info for my energy company as well. When they fitted it the whole system was up and running with in a day and was able to start saving right away.

Great service from initial contact all the way throughout the process. Everything was explained to me & I was kept fully informed at every stage. Sophie was my contact with Sunsave & was there if I had any questions before & after the install, she was excellent. The guys who installed the solar panels explained exactly what they were doing & did a great job. I’ve had a great experience & would definitely recommend Sunsave 10 out of 10!

Really easy to set-up from initial phone call to installation. Regular phone calls from Sophie and the team after that. Complete stress free experience and one that I would urge others to go with Sunsave because of.

Tegan, who was my contact for Sunsave was extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She was honest and upfront with both sides of the coin when it came to buying Solar Panels for the first time. She represented the company perfectly and her expertise and professionalism was what made me want to know more.

2 years since my installation and I have had 2 problems. The first 15 months after installation, was a faulty MCB which failed meaning that the system was completely down and took 6 weeks to resolve with little communication. More recently after 22 months the bird proofing fell off the panels, despite Sunsave’s website stating that correctly installed bird proofing lasts the duration of the installation. Again I contacted them and 2 weeks later they have done nothing to resolve the issue leaving my system at risk. I have given them opportunities to resolve this prior to leaving reviews but they have fobbed me off and not done anything to rectify the problem with their faulty installation, yet again! I have no faith in any of their installation as they use faulty and inadequate parts that are incorrectly fitted and don’t rectify the issues in a reasonable time frame.

Smooth process from the start to the end. Would definitely recommend and have done already to my friends and family.

We signed up with Sunsave having investigated many other solar providers. We wanted as many solar panels as possible along with battery storage, and our slate roof made this a challenge for some providers.

Sunsave explained their proposal options in detail, and we were able to review all the information they provided for us in our own time, without a sleazy salesperson coming to our house!

Having read through everything, we decided to proceed. Sunsave took care of everything for us, including dealing with an awkward shared driveway/conservatory layout which proved a puzzle for scaffolders at first. Sunsave were able to ensure their scaffolders could work around this without interruption to our neighbours access.

The Scaffolders, Installer and Electrician we had installing our system were fantastic. Very quick, very professional and our electrician went above and beyond to rectify some worrying issues he found from an EV charger install done by another company a couple of years ago.

The follow up from Sunsave with our export certificate was immediate even though it was the Christmas/New Year period, and Sophie, our contact, has been on hand to answer any questions we have had since the install.

We are already saving on our electricity bill even though the weather has been pants in January, and it’s great to be able to see the numbers in real time on the app provided by our hardware manufacturer.

The peace of mind provided by Sunsave’s monitoring is great for our personal situation, we are very much looking forward to seeing how everything performs through the summer.
