Please believe the bad reviews! i didnt listen and have now faced the consequences. I told sunshine diamonds i needed my engagement ring by the 20th and i was worried about ordering because of the bad reviews of the delays, they reassured me not to worry and i would have it by the 16th or earlier! it is now the 17th and it hasnt even been dispatched and they are now ignoring!! as soon as you give them money they do not care about you and ignore you, they are scammers.

Brilliant from start to finish.
Found this company online. They have been fantastic to deal with. We purchased a white gold diamond ring, that we had plenty of customised options with it. The company were great to communicate with and stayed in contact throughout the making and posting of the ring. They even checked in with us after we received it. They were great and really quick with the whole process. The item came in a lovely light up box, which was a nice surprise too. Highly recommend! Will definitely be a returning customer.

A really nice ring, but a bit smaller than I anticipated. The price is good and it does seem good quality. Wasn’t too impressed with the ring box, the flowers accessories and presentation looks a bit cheap so will have to use another classier looking ring box to present the ring.
