Everything very satisfactory

Ease of booking. Driver waiting at the airport and could clearly identify him. He was then pleasant and helpful with directions when he had to drop us off a short distance from our destination which was in a pedestrian only zone.

It was a great experience

It was a great experience. Suntransfers is a very reliable service. I had two early morning bookings with them, and the drivers were at the location 10 minutes before the scheduled time. It was such a relief. I would recommend 100% Suntrasfer to everyone.

Used before. Disappointed this time

Have used this company a few times before but this time we were left waiting 45mins at the arrival airport. We could have got a taxi quicker and been at the hotel already

I paid extra for a VIP van that was suppsoe to be a Mercedes Vito or similar. My driver arrived in a 15 seater van that was huge. For 2 people. And on the way home the van was bigger again with an additional luggage trailer attached to it.

I wanted to travel to and fro in a nice looking Van. Not a huge bus. Was slightly embarrassing

Made the Holiday Better!

I booked a pick up from Corfu Airport to the Domes of Corfu on 17 May 26 and return on 27 May 26. Two things happened to make this a Five Star experience.

On arrival, one of our bags did not arrive on our British Airways flight. While completing the necessary paperwork, the taxi driver called. My wife explained the problem and he was waiting for us as we left the arrivals hall. Great communication and great job!

On departure, our driver arrived 15 minutes early. As it happens, we were ready to go and so left for the airport very happy that the taxi was not going to be late.

Both vehicles were almost new and extremely well presented. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding service on both trips.

Left stranded by SunTransfers

We were left stranded in an international airport after booking a prepaid trip from Barcelona Airport to the city. In spite of paying extra for receiving text message alerts, we did not get a text or a call from the provider. We searched for 30 minutes in the identified area for pick ups and did not find our driver. We called both emergency phone numbers to the agency and neither phone number was operational. Our flight arrived on time and we were within the one hour window for the booking. Attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful.

Reliable and stress free

Our transfers in Barcelona were seamless. The whole experience was easy and stress free. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and they were also ready and waiting at the hotel for the return to the airport .

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked and paid for a return trip, arrival was fine but did not show up for our return journey. When I called they said the driver was caught in bad traffic and was 8 mins away, I waited another 10 mins and called again, this time no one answered. Someone eventually called me back and said they were cancelling the booking, by this time I had been waiting 30 minutes and have a flight to get. And was left to try and get a taxi and get to the airport in time.
