The driver was waiting for us at arrivals, very helpful and pleasant driver

We have previously used this company and have consistently received excellent service. However, on 28/5/26, as scheduled with no delays, we arrived and checked in at the reception desk. We were greeted warmly and instructed by the young lady to follow her to the lift, as the driver was upstairs, with assistance from Google Translate.

We arrived at what was now designated as the departure drop-off point—this was unusual. There was no driver present initially. The young lady informed us he was on his way. After approximately 20 to 25 minutes and multiple requests via the translation app, each time being reassured that the driver was arriving or had arrived, the driver eventually appeared.

The driver disembarked from the minibus, carrying rubbish, which he disposed of in a bin. Neither he nor the young lady offered any apology for the delay. Throughout the journey, the driver did not engage in any conversation and proceeded to drive at a high speed.

We chose this company based on previous positive experiences; however, I would now prefer to queue at the taxi rank (ironically, there was no queue at the time) rather than utilise this service again. The service provided was very disappointing, with no apologies offered.

Excellent service. Prompt and efficient, and extremely helpful. My driver went above and beyond to help me retrieve a missing suitcase and get me safely to my destination after a late night arrival.

Then ended up on an easy jet transfer which was not the express
Error on the booking form
And zero willingness to assist
Or help there customers
The price is cheap and the service reflects that won’t use again

Good service, clean shuttle & good driver.
My only suggestion is to put a bigger sign for costumers to see at Cancun airport.

Due to delays at Faro passport control we had to wait 45 mins for our transfer after coming into the arrivals hall. However this was because the transfer company staff were looking after other customers who had arrived earlier and had been impacted by the same delays. I spoke to the suntransfers emergency line and they did look after us, eventually a local contact put us in a taxi (which they paid direct)…so in summary there was a hitch but circumstances made that understandable, what was good was the way suntransfers responded to the problem.

Easy to deal with after booking my Transfer, I realised I needed a bigger Coach. Simple speaking to an agent who made the change to a bigger vehicle.

What a great company to book with, helpful from the very start and perfectly smooth throughout. Our host Richard was brilliant and so helpful too.
Already looking to book again next year such great peace of mind to know how nothing is too much trouble. Thank you everyone from Sun Hat x

Bit of a mixed bag here, ive used this company for 2 transfers, so 4 trips in total. First 3 were excellent, drivers professional, arrived on time and had a great journeys so would say it was excellent value for money. The last trip however the driver was 10 minutes late (not ideal when its the departure airport trip), then had a go at me as we had 4 children on the booking but only one car seat and one booster on the booking, despite not needing them for the other journeys as the children were old enough to not need booster seats. If this was a problem i should have been contacted to say i needed to add them on, not expected to know local laws on car seats for children. His van was in horrible condition, check engine lights was on, using his phone in one hand while driving, complete polar opposite to the other drivers. Ill accept this was a one off scenario compared to the other drivers but 75% success rate for me.

I’ve used Suntransfers on nearly every trip I’ve done in Europe, over 15 in the last 10 years. They used to be exceptional, but over the last 2-3 trips, we’ve been having issues atleast 50% of the times. Drivers dont pick up calls, many times they haven’t reached the pick up point. At times they’ve told us they don’t have drivers and to take a cab and ask for a refund. It’s quite painful now and I’ll probably stop using them in the future.

Very Professional. On time, high quality of transport and easy to make changes to bookings.

Brilliant service. Was waiting for us at the airport even though we were late arriving. Car was 2 mins away and was really clean. The driver was helpful and well mannered. Price was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again. Thanks.
