So in 2020 self excluded from here twice as it was an appealing site, decided to give it another go, in the last 8 months the site played rubbish, I got to 10k down before they wanted to review my account and income and put a 300 pound limit on my account, I would of thought they would of stepped in sooner, all in all lost about 14k, the site used to play and give wins, but something changed and it just started taking huge somes of money, bonuses took thousands to come in then paid only 100 to 200 pounds, I've requested my rtp and breakdown as clearly they cjnzged something, I ayed for a few years and up and down no more than few hundred at a time, this is by far worst site I've played on, they have caused me so much debt and all they did was close my account, I'm thinking now of taking it all to the papers, there lack of responsibility to allow 10k to go down the drain, before stepping in and putting a 300 pound cap, they have a responsibly yet failed, there system knew I'd self excluded historically surely that must flag something, stay away this site will Rob you, they cnstantly send you free spins or 5 pound bonuses which are not worth the time, loyalty scheme is crap 300 quid for over 100k in spins joke, this site needs to be investigated

Wouldn’t even rate it a one but I had to write a review anyway I got hacked into my account and they added there phone number on I told them about all the information they said no sign of fraud, I lost 5000 due to this they said dose not match my phone number, when I told them this they said they can delete my account, to make it better! Bad site....been playing regularly and having a few good wins (which were withdrawn) then get a message saying they have put a spending limit on my account. Spoke to customer services who kept asking if I believed I had a gambling problem( I havent)! Then insisted I was playing beyond my limit(I wasn't)! I opened a Sun Vegas account with a £ 10 discount for signups. Completed the wagering requirement fifty times and won £ 1022. documents sent account verified. but when I wanted to make a deposit, they blocked my account so that I cannot withdraw the money won. is there any way to collect money from these scammers ??

Closed my account and now they are taking an age to send back account balance of £3.50. Customer service is a joke and you can't even speak to a Manager to complain. Steer well clear!
