Played loads of online casinos and this is the worst I've played absolute scam AVOID.
I played £250 on Ted playing £1 spins and got 1 bonus game of £30.
Never seen a more rigged casino.

Worst gambling site I've ever been on. The chances of winning even a small amount on the slots are none. Games must be rigged as I've played on the same games on a different site and won bits and bobs, never won a penny on sunvegas. The site also coincidently freezes all the time mid-game for no reason so you have to log back in all the time. What a joke. Worst site ever. Stay well clear and use good sites such as Paddypower or skyvegas.

I would stay well away from this site. I won a little bit to start with then suddenly nothing. Yes it's all "random" and gambling but there aren't enough wins to keep you interested. When I asked for the odds on winning games they refused to give an answer

Been a member for about 4 years. All was good win some lose some even Steven. Ever since I set a deposit limit of £30 per week. I have won nothing. Not even got on bonus rounds That's about 250 deposit over lhe last few months. Guess they need the money to pay Piers Morgan 🙄

Only joined to get the £10 no deposit bonus. I did exactly what they asked and no £10 bonus.

I spent a long time on live chat, where I was asked to opt in to receiving texts and update my mobile. All of which I did and still no bonus.

They then said I had to log in on a computer to get bonus so I fired up the laptop and still no bonus.

I got so frustrated with there incompetence I told them to close my account as it was driving me up the wall, all for the sake of a tenner.

Actually suprised by these reviews? I’ve had nothing but a positive experience, no issues with paying out, no issues with game play, absolutely no issues what so ever, I’ve had issues logging in a couple of times but had a reply back from customer service within an hour, you people aren’t playing the right games, how can you be angry with a casino about losing your money to bad games? 😂 it’s gambling, thank you the sun Vegas, you’ve been good to me :)

Be very careful when olaying on this site, it stops you playing the "good" games always getting "server error, "this is a way these sites get your money,i have played this site several times and seen this anomolly several times, do not deposit by any means its a complete con

Having played on a number of sites over the years, you start to get an instinct for the decent sites and the not-so-decent. This is not a decent site, poor, poor, poor. That's how it will leave you if you stayed long enough.
There are better sites out there, most definitely.

Worst game play I have ever experienced, slot game crashing with internal error message after so many spins, it chucks you out before you win. Notified customer service who claim that there is no issue with the game!? Funny other reviews are saying the same. Also as soon as you mention a problem to there customer service team they like to throw gaming limits at you to try say the problem is you and not there rubbish website with fixed games, appalling customer service. Tried to explain that I have lost money due to there games crashing and they suspended my account?! Honestly do not waste your time or money on sun vegas.

The site will also block you from playing certain games at the point you are due a win.
It will display errror codes and ask you to contact support.
Terrible odds.

Literally gone utterly rubbish after being an okay online slots casino. This site used to be fair, yes you wouldn't always win but that's slots. However, after finishing my 3 month time out I took after a big win, absolutely NO games are paying out more than 10x my stake. The bonuses are absolutely appalling and the payout rate is clearly well under 20%. This website is clearly not being moderated by the gambling commission due to Covid or something and is taking advantage of people illegally due to lack of monitoring. I find it incredibly hard to believe that in 200 quid I didn't get one win above £3 on 40p stakes, come on. Should be shut down immediately.

I would steer clear. The same games on other sites regularly give you the bonus reels, yet on this site they seem to stick and the reels jerk, always making sure you will miss out on the bonus. I believe it's rigged I wouldn't advise anybody to play on this site. It will take and take, but give nothing back.

Very poor site, terrible response to messages, happy for you to join and deposit. Only when you want to withdraw ask for every type of ID going. Which they then said wasn’t clear enough or could you please include this ect ect. Still haven’t received the money. BEEN WARNED, go elsewhere avoid these crooks

Other casinos with the same games at least give you a bonus or two before they run away to Gibraltar with your money. The RTP rates on this site must be sub 50%

Always problem with withdraw,the let you deposit and play but when u try to withdraw money the need verify your account which takes ages
