Sunxx

Shocking customer service posed a question about the format of the games and suspended my account, I was polite while posing the question, they turned it around by asking Do you feel comfortable with what you spend on the site and are you aware of the responsible gamboling tools we offer on site? I spent £40.

I must mention this sunvegas casino bonus cause it is mis leading you join expecting your balance to be doubled on your first deposit and expect a match up bonus for new players deposit 100 get 100 free as a match up bonus it's advertised as that everywhere but that is not the case at all it comes with requirements and not all games you play will count as wager towards that requirement before you get your deposit which at 10p a spin is gonna take some soon I couldn't be bothered reading all the conditions and which games counted towards bonus requirements so to get 10 worth of bonus you have to wager two grand for instance you can only wager on certain games roulette for instance doesn't count so it is far from you deposit a 100 and they match it as you have to wager alot before you get 100 thousands of pounds would need to be gambled through first and you can only play certain games to get that sounds unfair if you like to play one type of game and it's not in the list of games then no matter how much you play you will never get the bonus seems wrong to me so this casino needs to change that advert we will match your deposit cause people are encouraged to do a max buy in and most will never see the bonus as to get a 300 pound bonus and having to play thousands of pounds if games will take most people a long time for instance 30 grand if bets can be hard for normal people to achieve

Among the worst. Don't sign up. Return rate is 0. Worst experience ever.

Played Fishing Frenzy at 20p stake one bonus off £200 and that paid a massive £1.10 you try doing that at the bookies and it be near on impossible...... about time the government shut these robbing sites down to many of these leeches turning up .......... the Government know there is an issue but allow these parasites to play on peoples addictions

Very good casino! Pays out no problems! Had some decent wins here-overall very happy with sun vegas.

Payout was fast but the games just don't add up !!

I've been playing for years on a game and to get 2 features both 3x steak is just bonkers .

Never in 3 years has this happened but on this site it happens

Games are not true RTP not a chance so avoid this casino .! Thank me later

2* is for the cashout nothing else

Don't waste your money, I've emailed gambling commission complaints, it's fixed I've hit 4 bonuses and it wouldn't play the bonuses. When it did play I didn't win, even though it was guaranteed acorrding to the rules of the game, or it just crashed. £300 played return £45. Imkniw you wont win all the time but when you play 100 continuously with no win! Then you know its just a bunch of robbing fcukers

Deposited about 800 pounds, then got bonus received 10 pounds in return by playing one game the whole time. Then contacted customer support stating' a lot of players are in the site, but can see I have 80 per cent RTP. I let myself been talked into and tried one more time. Deposited 150 pounds and tried the came again on 40p per round just to see what nonsense they are telling me. 150 pounds gone same game 1 bonus round paid 20p. Unbelievable what a ragged site. Either your Platform is s... or your game supplier. And as of my 80 per cent RTP. A total deposit of about 6000 pounds and where is my 80 per cent. What a B.......!!! Be aware you don’t WIN. I have been playing casino for a long time guys and I normally don't complain when losing, when understandable you can't win the whole time but what I a-countered here is what you call a RIP OFF!!!!

vip programme is rubbish

never give out any bonuses considering your vip they think the best way to reward vip plyers is to lower the comp poiny conversion from 100 to 95 lol something seiously needs to change or im gone

Crap site never win anything you get a bonus £9 at the best got four bonuses on a pound spin got £6.50 £8 £9.50 and£3:50 total crapsite stay away you have been warned no chance of winning

very poor site
deposit loads and no returns
avoid avoid !!!!!

Please do not attempt using this site.
Complete rubbish. Not enjoyable, all take, your be lucky to even win 20p after depositing hundreds. Other sites are much better.

Do not use their website utter trash. Barely any games live casino is also trash. More enjoyable flushing cash down the toilet

great site but...
been here a while and am now a (vip) but not seen any difference since becoming a vip very few and far between bonuses will see if that changes otherwise i deposit elsewhere

DO NOT TRUST SUNVEGAS! they have the lowest odds of hitting a bonus than any other site i have played on. very rigged and scamy!

This site is probably my favourite slot forum. Quick payouts without having to go through the rigmarole of proving identity like many other sites.
There is a extensive amount of games and the playability levels are good. I have also found that I have won on numerous occasions, unlike other sites which seem to swallow your money.
I certainly recommend it

Excellent scam-dump🙈 , played with £150 on three slots won (0)🤬🤬🤬 All the bunuses are removed from the slots🙈🙈🙈 NOT RECOMMEND complete swindlers💩💩💩🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Don't bother, extremely boring. You won't have a chance of winning anything, defies the laws of probability.

If It was possible to rate it 0/5 I would've done. Awful site, a lot of money deposited and not big wins at all. Hit a feature on £3 spins and it gave me £9, after already losing £200+. Joke of a website.

Forget the bonus, no value with wager requirements. Verification no problems. However, played several different slots, won several bonus rounds and spins, put in £50, won £500...played live casino , no issues......withdrew money ....no issues....compared to other sites i think this rates very well......
If you gamble, you will lose, throwing negative comments from bitterness is expected, but i genuinely have had no issues yet and will continue to play.
