I needed to receive a SMS message from a Spanish company and had to acquire a Spanish SIM card . I found SUOP Mobiles customer service first class and the whole buying, fitting and using the SIM easy. I would definitely use again if needed.

I have uploaded the requested document and after 2 days I got an email saying that it wasn't valid because it had no photo on it. It should have a CLEAR DISCLAIMER saying that only documents with pictures are accepted.

I've been a customer since 2020 (mobile) and 2023 (fiber).

MOBILE
It works ok in Spain.
Outside of Spain it's a lottery, whether you be in Europe or outside of Europe.
The help desk is responsive but cannot provide solutions that work.

FIBER
No issues except that they don't have a service to cancel the previous supplier which caused 400 euros worth os costs because the owner of the apartment wasn't easily able to cancel it from another country and it took 6 months.

Overall: there had to be better.

Non-existent to horrible customer service, ignores or refuses your deactivation requests and tries to force you to pay for 'administrative fees' 'incurred' during their ignoral/refusal to uphold both their own service agreement and EU standards/regulations. Be warned!
