DAMMIT! I wish I had seen these reviews before buying this crap. It took over a month to receive from china and it was already cracked. When it finally cracked altogether a few weeks later, I sent them a letter with a picture of it broken. The response I got was that if I wanted another one, they would give me a deal with 30% off.

DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Awful product, I’ve owned two, the 1st chipped away after 1 day. The 2nd was a replacement, it lasted 1 week. Waste of money.

Poor quality. Yup in their customer service and in their product. Whoever gave 5 stars and says they got in 5 days are obviously not in North America. Took over a month to receive it with no indication on long lead time until after I was charged. I ordered the heat dissipating iPhone case. Small skinny parts broke within a few weeks. I reached out to customer service, they very happily suggested I buy more of their crappy product to fix the problem, but we’re “sorry”. Here’s their reply: “Hello,We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have had a lot of happy customers that haven’t had this issue however we are sorry that you had to deal with this. As a result, we would like to offer you a special 30% discount for a replacement. Use the code “VALUED30” to get your special discount. Thank you for your patience and cooperation and have a nice day! -Team Suorlite. So go ahead and get your discount now if you really want a poor quality product. It will look cool, people will be in awe of you, for a couple of weeks.

Dont buy anything in this site... i’m still waiting for my phone case, so you see its real my name is iñigo lopez. They will give u as many escuses as you want but the item will never be recived.

Do not buy and do not waste your money.
I hope you will read this review before purchasing any product with them. You will pay for the item required and wait for the end of time to receive the product that if you will ever receive it.

Just received the cover for my iPhone XS. Waited just 10 days. The cover looks cool and fits like a glove.

Just been scammed by Suorlite.
Been waiting over 70 days for my order. Suorlite wants me to wait another 30-50 days !!!!

Email support is pathetic.

Absolute PoS this phone cover. Only giving 1 star because it’s the lowest I can select.
Fell apart after 1 month of light use and I’m extremely careful with my phone.

Now they don’t reply or send a replacement or anything..

After reading these reviews, it's pretty clear that no one is going to need more reason to refrain from purchasing from Suorlite. After reading these reviews, I'm really kicking myself for not reading them before purchasing a $20 phone case. Like many other customers, it took over a month to receive my case from China. The quality is extremely poor -- I wouldn't trust it to protect my phone from sitting still on a table. Although Suorlite provides an email address on their website and claims to offer refunds, I have not received a response. Save yourself the frustration (and $20) and stay far away from this fraudulent company.

To bad i could not give a ‘zero’ star rating. I want to send the item back, but the customer service is playing dumb and ignoring my e-mails.

One of the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company.

I ordered a phone case from Suorlite only to find that it is:
1. Defective
2. Of extremely poor quality
3. No where close to what is shown in pictures
4. Takes almost a month to received after placing the order

I contacted their customer service a day or 2 after receiving the product in order to return the product and issue me a refund along with photographic proof. They flatly refused to offer me a refund offering a replacement instead despite meeting all their terms and conditions listed on their website. No explanation was given on the reason behind this and they completely stopped responding to my numerous emails for follow up.

I would not pay even a single pound for the quality of their product and after sales service. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company and will also take actions against them on social media to stop their dubious ads and promotions.

We were instantly disappointed with the flimsy nature of the case and it proved to not hold up at all. We had purchased 2 cases, one of which cracked and broke when dropped once upon a engineered hardwood floor, thus not protecting the phone itself (which required a new iPhone screen replacement) and the other phone case cracked too after one drop. Upon contacting customer support they offered a discount on our next Sourilite purchase but no refund.

I guess we should have realized that a product so cheaply priced would be a piece of crap. We got what we paid for I guess? TIP: don’t buy into this products lightweight and protective facade. 💩

Worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Ordered my case about a month and a half ago and it’s still stuck in china. Requested a refunded and they refuse to issue a refund. Total scam.

Took a month to arrive. Cheaply made, flimsy. I bought two and one of them broke in less than a month. I complained and they offered me 30% off a purchase. Why would I purchase another one?

Me too, regret I did not investigate more carefully before buying. Sent from China and really poor quality. I cannot recommend this product.

EDIT: After several weeks, I finally got a refund from Sourlite, which I of course appreciate. One star up!

It's not until after you place your order do you find out that it's being shipped from China and will take a month. They REFUSED to cancel and shipped it anyway, forcing me to file a chargeback against them with my bank. DO NOT buy from these people. The name of their game is deception and fraud. Very unethical business practices.
