Like everyone else. No case after 3 weeks. No contact. Do not buy from these guys.

Total piece of crap. Unlike most people here I did receive it (eventually). It’s a crappy bit of plastic with a perforated back. Little protection for your phone and looks nowhere near as slick as it does in the insta photos. Avoid like the plague.

I wish I would have read this before ordering. Same exact scenario as everyone below. Saw the ad on Instagram.

2 months for receiving the goods and never got the invoice although I requested it more than 10 times. Never will buy again

Ordered a phone case. Nothing came through. Jonathan Ly keeps telling me there was a hold on my shipping. Requested a refund but there was no response. Please don't use them. Total Scam

Total scam from Facebook advertisement. Ordered a phone case 5 months ago. My credit card was charged and phone has still not arrived.

I contacted company in September and representative Jonathan “Lie” Ly (clever) told me “be patient we have many orders and it depends on your location when it is delivered.”

I never received my case. I reported the company to Facebook, but still have not gotten a refund.

If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would do so... only received part of my order and for more than 6! weeks I have tried to get them to accept this - but it seem that they have 3 different standard answers.
Will NEVER shop from them again...

Phone case arrived broken. "Jonathan Ly" from customer service said that they always ship everything in 100% perfect condition and blamed the courier. No replacement or refund, only a rubbish 10% discount from my next order. Like I'm gonna order another broken case...

Suorlite is a total scam. They are based in China and they scammed me. I bought iPhone Cases on Sep 9 and have not received them. They gave me a BS tracking number that doesn't even show that the product departed the country of origin and they refuse to give me a refund. Be AWARE!!!!

Eventually got my phone case after weeks. Then it started to crack and I hadn’t even dropped my phone. Within 2 weeks it cracked so my I had to throw it out as I asked Suorlite nicely first BEFORE poorly reviewing if I could get a refund after sending pics etc. I also got “Jonathon Ly” replying to emails saying the case left them in 100% condition and my only offer was to get a 10% discount on a new order for something else! They won’t refund or even send me a replacement useless case. Completely poor service for crap product. DO NOT USE THEM.

As per the other reviews - this shop is BS. No product arrived, poor customer service from 'jonathan Ly' - totally fake and fraudulent and I want to report them.

Fake shop! The reason is they cannot send to the address that i gave it to suorlite by email..and the name is Jonathan Ly..so i ask the refund but there's reply about it. Fake shop, fake website.
