Purchased a bag of "BURTS" crisps today and yet again uncooked/damp crisps.

The drink vending machine charged me twice. I wanted a diet coke for £1.30 so i clicked E3 and it said present card. I used apple pay and stood there for a minute while it said something like processing transaction. I then cancelled it to which it said "TRANSACTION CANCELLED" and i did NOT get my drink. I then did it again and this time it did not make me wait a minute to load, and i got my drink. I have been charged twice despite is telling me transaction was cancelled and i did not get my money!!! Will not be using the Hadlow college animal management vending machines again as this is unacceptable as i have been charged for.

We have a snack vending machine which we have had on our premises for a while and recently decided to add a beverage machine too. Vesta visited and was very knowledgeable and helpful! We now have the new machine in place and staff are delighted with it. The guys who installed were also very efficient.
My only criticism would be that training on the Nayax system was not arranged in advance of receiving the machine. However, this was remedied with training via phone after a couple of days. Great service!

Supercups made the process of getting new vending machines for our site very easy and straight forward.
They communicated frequently, made helpful suggestions, hit all their deadlines and were always contactable instantly. We have had the machines in place for 6 weeks now and they have all worked perfectly. We are delighted with the service we have received and would highly reccommend

We've recently had our new Supercups coffee machine delivered and the new updated design fits our office perfectly. The Supercups team are always very helpful both over the phone and when visiting to restock/clean our machine.
