In the run-up to Christmas

In the run-up to Christmas, I was badly let down by another company. I placed an equivalent order with Superguns, with little time to spare.

Superguns were able to save my bacon by fulfilling my order promptly, and with prompt, accurate and courteous communications.

Good to do business with

What can I say I paid for an item that was waiting to be restocked and when it came back in stock they posted it out to me no problem
They also let me know that the item would be back in stock in a couple of weeks

Very good

Very good. My order was sent and delivered very quickly. It's exactly as described. Much better service and experience than I had with a competitor.
I will return to this company for my future needs.

Great team at SG

Great team at SG. Ordered my crossbow. Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 months for it, but that wasn’t SG’s fault. Demand was high and the manufacturer couldn’t keep up with orders. I was kept up to date and when it was available it was posted out straight away. Will use them to purchase other stuff in the future. Highly recommended.
