Great quality products

I ordered EK Archery HEX 400 210lb Compound Crossbow - 400FPSTBH last Saturday and I started to think I was going to have problems after I read a couple of the negative reviews. I was compelled to send an email (no phone contact) chasing my order from Saturday that hadn't arrived. I was notified by Superguns via email almost immediately that there was a bit of a backlog but then a van turned up and it has just been delivered. My wife has bought it for me for Christmas! I now just need to find a way to tell her??? Thankyou Superguns by far a more cost effective option compared to the competition!

Having not been refunded my £559.75 yet I'm having to write another bad but honest review of my experience of dealing with superguns UK.
Paid £559.75p on 25th November 2025, ordered a Revo 7, 2 magazines and 2 packs of bolts, ordered on line as is was showing (green in stock)
Delivery never came, so emailed, got email response from supergun stating there waiting on stock to which will arrive Wednesday and we will send your order out 24 hour delivery,
Wednesday come still waiting on my delivery, I waited a while giving Superguns UK some time as it was busy period, then I got sick of waiting after 2 weeks, so I emailed on numerous occasions, I got only automated email responses from supergun UK, I finally got a real response on Wednesday of this week from supergun UK basically saying how sorry they are, and they have issued a refund I should get it within 2 working days, 2 working days have gone and no refund in my bank.
So I'll now write a review every day I'm waiting for my refund.
What a joke this has been.
Never would I recommend this company and put your self in my shoes people, would you?

I got let down by a scam shop prior to purchasing with Superguns, these guys saved the day!! Age verification in 10 mins, despatched and delivered in 2 days. Don't hesitate, these are a professional outfit.

Avoid using this company, bought a cross bow which the cocking lock failed resulting in the bow randomly firing. This failed within an hour of use, making the item dangerous and risk to life or serious injury.

Despite numerous emails the company won’t reply and no contact number.

Awful company and customer service.

Ordered start of November fir immediate dispatch, 4 weeks later still nothing and we only have an email address, stay well away from this company, poor customer services and liars

Took a while on arriving, but this was communicated by Superguns, due to the success and demand of the EK Archery Cobra Adder v2 Repeater Crossbow. Really good quality piece of equipment, well built and using high quality materials.

Ordered an item end of October, come late November it still hasn’t arrived. Ignored all my emails, so the bank had to give me my money back and the dispute is ongoing with them and my bank.
