Excellent customer service

Called with part number found it was updated and changed. Found new number shipped part and received it within 18 hours. Installed worked perfectly.

7 years, zero issues

Been using them for 7 years. Fittings are considerably less money than supplyhouses, and they have access to many more faucet and toilet parts than the supplyhouses. Never had an issue with wrong orders, and everything arrives within a few days. Top notch.

They now destroy filters when packing them.

Ordered two filters from them. They packed them badly the first time in their new idiotic sliding top boxes. They were crushed.

They sent me two more right away. This time they very clearly CRUSHED THEM THEMSELVES when they packed the order by simply making the box too small and still forcing the filters in anyway.

A third replacement order is on the way now. Odds are fairly good it will ALSO be crushed because they have literally ZERO communication with their warehouse. They refuse and are unable to even pass on information on why the filters keep getting crushed. Their agents blame UPS when CLEARLY they are simply destroying them when packing.

To add insult to injury these are pretty big filters (16x25x4) they have metal mesh and do not even fit into my trash can. I have to cut every filter up by hand with tin snips. So now I have to spend the next 4 weeks or so just cutting up and throwing away all the trash they sent me.

Their service has gotten dramatically worse in the last year given that I order filters from them about twice a year.

More transparency needed on return costs for heavy items

Unfortunately, my experience ended badly. I realized too late that returning the purchased item would cost me nearly half its value. In the end, the return policy was basically a non-option. With return shipping costing nearly 37-40% of the item’s value, returning it would have been pointless. I wish the seller had made these significant return costs more transparent upfront, especially when dealing with heavy items. Buyers, be absolutely sure before you purchase, because for me, I am now stuck trying to sell the item myself.

Absolutely unreal customer service

Absolutely unreal customer service. No one else had the NDS water meter box extension I was looking for. I had never heard of Supply House, but the item was in stock and shipping was more than reasonable. I placed the order Tuesday 4/7/26 and less than 24 hours later the part was in my hands. Insane! Very glad to have found this company and I plan on returning for all my home hvac and plumbing needs. Thanks!

THE WORST

Screw this place. I wish I can give negative stars cause this place absolutely sucks. They won’t let you return a product if you installed it for a minute to check to see if worked. Only cause it was used for a minute they won’t let you return. How else are you supposed to check if something is going to help fix your system?? Clearly just by holding the piece in your hand and admiring it instead of installing cause that’s the only way. They only let returns happen if it’s defective or untouched.
Well clearly if it didn’t help fix my system you would think they would check to see if their item is defective eve if I’m unsure if it is or isn’t? No they would rather just deny your return and keep your money because the aren’t willing to help. And when you call customer support they aren’t any help either.

Will never buy from this place and advise others not too as well.
