Great Experience

I received my order from Supply House and one of the boxes of filters was damaged. Since it was after hours, I contacted their customer service email and sent pictures along with an explanation regarding the problem with my order. First thing the next morning they had everything taken care of and I received the new filters on Monday.
Affordable prices, great products, and wonderful customer service will keep me coming back.

Amazing customer experience

Amazing customer experience. Blows Amazon out of the water. I no longer needed a part because it wasn't going to arrive as quickly as I needed. They weren't able to cancel my air shipped order because it was already being processed but they still allowed me a full refund (including the expensive air shipping) - no questions asked. When I called back in for the refund, they immediately knew what I was calling about and had the email send to me with the return mailing slip before I even finished explaining it. Amazing and courteous customer service. Also appreciated that it WAS NOT a foreign call center with people who are often harder to understand and are often slower to comprehend and resolve the issue. Shout out to Ursula and Johanna for helping me.

Delivery driver never delivered the package to my address

Delivery driver never delivered the package to me. I had scheduled with the client to install the part tomorrow Friday ( 01/30/26 ) and now I have to justify that the package was never delivered to me.
How do you guys want to make partnership this way ? I can not trust that the package will be delivered to me when it is scheduled to be delivered. Bad service !!!!

Not reliable

Not reliable! They claimed A “glitch” in their system caused parts to not ship out!

At 1pm I Ordered critical parts to get our boiler (heat and hot water) going. 5 PM is their order cut off time for same day shipping, yet my parts still didn’t ship out. No heat or hot water in the winter. I wish I had ordered from somewhere else.

I ordered several items that had to come from different places. They each arrived in great condition, and it was easy to track the various packages. The website is very clear, and invoice copies are easy to find and print.
