when filling out annoying surveys, i make a point to include a misspelling or factual error, which i keep track of in a spreadsheet for one reason: track who is selling my info.

i;ve busted 'surveymonkey' twice.

either they're selling my data or they've been breached. since they don't have any way to contact their tech support online, then i'll have to resort to posting reviews so other people don't get exploited.

Negative 5 stars! Terrible! Free plan says response limit is 25 but I was only allowed to view 10. Impossible to talk to anyone. Chatbot is worthless.

Easy to use, lots of functionality

This company is constantly trying to improve its product offering.

Great Product, features make it easy to test learner's knowledge.

Creating, managing recipients and ease of use, along with analyzing participation, time it took recipients to complete the survey, and survey results were easy to navigate resulting in 100% participation rate along with a comprehensive report that could be shared.

Survey Monkey was my go -to survey tool for some time. But over time, I have noticed less functionality, greater money grabs and additional features that are of unknown or tenuous value. The ONLY reason we stay with SM is habit. Period.

I would like to see a graphical illustration of the survey logic. It would be especially helpful in more advanced research.

Survey Monkey makes creating and sending out surveys, for company engagement, and new hire onboarding, fairly simple. The AI assist gets you a good start for questions, which you can edit or delete. The analysis of responses is also quite helpful.

SurveyMonkey appears to be trying to step up to compete with Qualtrics with its webinars. I'm interested in research methodology insights, but SM seems focused on management webinars. Lean into being the affordable research tool that you are. Qualtrics has too many things I don't use and I don't want to pay for.

SurveyMonkey is a great, versatile platform. I wish there were more advanced matrix options for questions, but overall it is a strong platform that makes work easier.

Love the app but what a rip off!! How can this app be so expensive?!? I didn’t know I couldn’t get all of my results until after i had sent the survey and then had to pay the money to see more than 25 responses. Ugh. So dumb. Keep ripping people off survey monkey. I will be canceling subscription as soon as I get the results from my survey.

1) I like the ease of being able to put together surveys;
2) I like how it is easy for respondents to complete surveys;
3) I enjoy how SurveyMonkey is able to provide quick analyses of the survey results.

I always struggle to share the results afterwards, for open ended answers.
Would be great if you could down load all the answers at once or if there was a word cloud option or something to make them look better,

The survey tool is easy to use and with the current tier, I am also able to add themes and use AI to help build them. We had some minor issues because we have two main users, and the Team at SurveyMonkey had a hard time finding notes showing where I was an approved contact to discuss account and billing issues. I had to resend the email from a prior year showing where I was giving approval.
