To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:

I have been fortunate to take many surveys with Branded Surveys. Usually, they are very good surveys and at least you get a decent payout based on the survey you take. They reimburse me promptly as well.

Complete scam
Complete scam. I complete surveys, sometimes taking up to a half hour for some, only for technical errors to occur. Sometimes I’ll get a blank screen and it doesn’t go back to home page. Customer service is completely useless. I submitted two requests and complaints for point compensation two days ago and have not heard back. This company will do anything to screw you over and not give you proper compensation.

If you have that disposition maybe this proves productive
I was leary about this site because I already dislike any 'points' system. Branded looks decent enough but it's clear the best ways to earn are taking up the offers and activities that require attention or donations, downloads or other commitments. The surveys are easy but you really only get a few per day that are worth the larger point totals. It looks like it will be difficult for someone like me to build up a reward or incentive.

You CAN earn extra money, but you have to put in some work.
You will have to put in the work and actually take the surveys seriously, but you can earn a little extra money. Not enough to make a living… but at least it’s a way to make money.
