Just sent an email with screenshots of this last survey experience, which was poor. I got to 97% finished and then the survey abruptly ended with NO "sorry you're not a match" like the usual disqualifcation excuse. So I have wasted time tonight going through this instead of working on surveys that I can actually finish.

Surveys not worth it need to pay better
Scammers. Just selling your information to bad people. Avoid
Keep going through surveys then on final page tells me I don't meet the criteria so don't get the money.
Survey world have sorted my queries, very happy with prompt

I spend 10-15 minutes trying to find a survey before I meet the criteria, and on a few occasions, after completing a lengthy survey, the survey site goes ‘down.’ Despite finishing, I don't get a reward. It feels like a scam site that gets your info without paying out. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to report concerns, either.

I have reached threshold to claim a £10 gift voucher but have not had an email to receive it. Communication is with a bot that just sends you round in circles and no interaction with a person.very poor !!. I will continue to post negative comments on social media until I get resolution!!

I've only just joined Survey World. I wish I had read these reviews before I did. I'm out of here! No time for this sort of stuff.
You only receive one or two surveys, which means you never earn enough credits to get a payout.
This is just how their system works. They claim it's because you don’t match any surveys, but it’s suspicious when so many people report the same issue.
Conclusion:
Whether it's a scam or just a lack of surveys, the result is the same—you won’t get any rewards.

Instagram ads had nothing to do with user journey on their website. Water of time.
I like that I do not have to wait for rewards like some other sites that make me wait weeks for my reward
