How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Most surveys after a few questions decide I am not in the right demographic. This goes on and on and it can be 10 minutes before the system can find a survey I am eligible for.

I never received my reward and couldn't find any way to contact support as the email instructed me to. Still haven't received any email regarding my reward but do receive emails to continue to do surveys. Several times after completing surveys I didn't get the money.

Absolute Rubbish!
The add said they're looking for women who garden, then the questions are about food preferences.
As other said the adds are a scam to attract people as the question have nothing to do with the adds.
The company will then excuse themselves saying it's the client who wants a certain type of clientele, except that that doesn't explain the discrepancy between the add and the types of questions. They are just gaslighting, or trying to, those who come here checking their credibility, which they have none in my opinion!
Edit! There you go! Now that I clarified their nonsense replies on TrustPilot they came up with a new one. 1st it's because their clients have a preferred audience/clientele, now it's because the topics might not be available! It's just excuse after excuse! If the topic is not available the they do a general add not target specific ones!
Just stay away from them, is my advice!

Bunch of crooks. That’s it. No point saying anything else.
It let me activate my account and do 2 surveys, before kicking me out and not letting me back in

Signed up, completed a survey promisin X amount, was told I wasn't what they were looking for & diverted to another survey. Did not earn any points, just wasted alot of time.
Saw a targeted ad on Instagram based on my interests. That fact that I couldn't see any details before selecting Sign up waved some red flags for me. Did a quick google search and this site was the first thing that came. I will be avoiding.

This is 100% a scam in my mind. The combination of what I saw in their ad on Facebook, plus these comments in Trustpilot, will let me know all I need to know about them. I ain't clicking on anything with their name on it. "We are looking for men playing guitar." And if these comments are right, and they are politically fueled surveys, I don't see the relevance of politics and guitarists, in ANY survey, so has to be a scam that is specifically targeted to certain demographics in order to make people more likely to click on it.

Signed up for this about 2 months ago. Have only been able to do one survey as I don't seem to quality for 99 percent of them, which completely defeats the purpose of this.
I have done quite a few surveys for this company but it is clearly a scam. There is no way to find out how much money I have earned doing their surveys. I have tried to contact them on their website but it just directs you to a bot on Facebook messenger who can't answer any questions. There is no way of contacting them. There is no way of withdrawing the money you have earned and there is no way of finding out how much they owe me. This is a SCAM. Stay away. They get you to fill in loads of details and answer loads of questions and then surprise surprise you don't qualify for their survey. I have just done 12 in a row I apparently didn't qualify for. Avoid avoid avoid. You're better off spending your time watching paint dry.

This is fake. How can one track earned points and claim rewards? No personal account to log into. Absolute waste of time,

No way of tracking your earnings on your account. No account to log into unlike Branded Survey. Surveys so far seem to be very political and right wing leaning!
Please tell us how we can access our accounts, track and claim our earnings. Take a look at Branded Surveys and see how the grown ups do it!

Too many times you get 90% through a survey and it states you are not suitable in the 5 days I used it only 2 surveys gave me points even though I did 10-12 surveys - deleted now
I agree with most comments below: very targeted ads showed up in my socials asking for a specific gender and interest but in combination with the ages they were asking for, that „study“ is not at all likely to exist. So I figured it was a scam to get people to sign up & get their data without offering something in return. Checked here and it seems exactly this. Not a trustworthy enterprise.
Apparently not a fit for any surveys despite getting emails to say here is a new survey for you! Complete waste of time.
They were polite and very easy to work with..any problems they were right there
