No after sales customer service. Several e.mails were sent to them regarding impotent products and they never responded to any of them. Stay away from them.

The endocrinologist prescribed to my mother to take DHEA and Pregnolone and Swanson delivers it. I cannot really speak about the quality of the ingredients since I am not a chemist but I have been customer of Swanson for almost two years and in the anti aging line there are not side effects since my mother still looks young at 65 and she has quite a stressful life. In the end Swanson seems to be as good as the way pricier pills that the endocrinologist usually sells or endorse.
Last very positive note: Swanson ships with DHL which, at least here in Italy, is the gold standard of delivery.

I purchased zinc carnosine in Russia. I had some doubts about the authenticity of the product.
Luckily i wrote a letter to swansoneurope. The support team quickly checked the batch number. They answered me right away. I made sure I bought the original. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service!

Straight up stole my money, no response and help from customer service. I paid straight from my bank account as I was happy to see that as an option. Hahah how dumb was I for that. (Always always always use a credit card or Paypal.) The site got completely stuck mid payment, the money was taken from my bank account and Swanson sent me automatic message saying that my order wasn't finished. I immediately contacted customer service on 30th and again on jan 2nd, still no response (they promise to respond in 24hrs after contacting them - fat chance). I had screen shots of this payment to them and everything, apparently their reputation doesn't really matter and they want me and others to let their transaction providers know they are here actively stealing money and not returning it. I can absolutely not recommend their services even though they have some not so common supplements - just pay the extra money and get them elsewhere.

Also the website is just ass. No info what so ever anywhere. Probably working from someone's mom's basement as a side hustle.

EDIT: well LOL!!! As I was waiting for this review to go through I contacted Swanson USA to get some help, I sent them an email. Literally minutes went by after the email and I got another email from the transaction company that I will be refunded... But still no response from Swanson Europe. The one star remains. I have no clue if contacting the headquarters did the trick but that sure was funny

The products I have been ordering for the past two years are constantly out of stock. I have mailed their customer service on two occasions and not received an answer. Just like a customer above mentioned, they pull out the "offensive" card when someone gets frustrated by their lousy customer service. I have decided to try and find the products from somewhere else.

Andre firmaer sender deres ting udenfor EU og man skal betale told og opkrævninger.

This is my third time ordering products from this supplier and I am super happy! The products are quality and really work! Good customer service and delivery on time.

I ordered from this company and my Package disappeared it got delivered to some weird big company that has my Parcel either Swanson didn’t put the necessary documents while shipping or they are deceiving customers , they are not responding to my mails and YES I ordered from EU Swanson

DHL Told me that the package got to Farfetch.

Edit: I received my second parcel they responded after 3-4 workdays it’s still too much waiting time for me to be honest. Though I would still buy their products if necessary because they are the only one selling high dosed Lithium Orotate so that’s a + . I’d have a reshipment if possible for free atleast make it worth my waiting time :)

Edit 2: DHL team did find the parcel after a case was opened so everything seems to be good. I asked kindly to Swanson Health if they can offer a Discount coupon so atleast me as a customer can enjoy the products on the website because of this awful delay. The shipping cost refund is not even necessary if you just hand me out a in-Store coupon code so you’d keep a Customer around you.

PS: Just be aware of your parcel and always keep an eye on the tracking if it gets shipped to a big company I’d say your parcel will get lost and not even DHL could help. Upping the stars to 3

Excellent! I orderd on a friday and on monday i got my delivery. I live in Sweden and just as stated on their homepage, there was no extra customs fee or any problems at all. Super fast delivery on time. Good prices on both products and shipping.
