Fine products - and many to choose from. Extremely fast delivery. Answers emails very fast. Shopped here many times and will continue to do so.

Absolutely appalling service. I tried to order products but their website would not accept my address as it was supposedly too long! I order stuff online all the time and never experienced this problem with ANY other seller. The customer service kept telling me to shorten my address!?!? WFT! It is what it is! They also told me that DHL only accept 17 characters per address field - this is a lie as I checked with DHL! They clearly just have a sub standard website and are a seperate entity to Swanson.com, who just confirmed that Swanson Europe are only a distributor! When I said how ridiculous it was they told me I was being offensive!?!? Terrible service and clearly a case of "computer says no" with no ability to engage brain!

Quick delivery and very good costumer service experience.

I am a Swanson customer since 1995...and when they finally came to Europe I was overjoyed because the products are first class...after so many years of being a customer I can afford to publicly express my opinion and from the onset the products were excellent in quality and certainly in service. I am not so thrilled with DHL and the fact that there is no free delivery over a certain amount and that the prices of the States and the prices in Europe are quite different, but its about health, about product and knowing that this company is to be trusted when it comes to choosing products that go into you body...my life depends on it and I am thrilled that they are here.

I've had the pleasure of trading with Swanson Health Products. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding on my part when I ordered a product.
Swanson arranged return with courier, and the day after the item was picked up here at the address, the money was back in my account.
Great service and I would love to shop again.

I ordered a product from Swanson Europe and somebody there forgot to send all the necessary documents to DHL and customs, which meant that it got stuck and could not be delivered. I contacted their Customer Service and they replied to my emails on a daily basis trying to solve the problem, and they did so with a very polite tone. I eventually got the parcel and I was very pleased about them being so service-oriented.

Didn't allow me to type my full adress because it has too many characters.

Useless, can't complete the order!!!
I guess they don't want my money.

Just a word of appreciation. I ordered to Sweden on October 5 and have the stuff now, on October 8. It turned out that it was shipped from Bulgaria. I'm impressed, it was extremely fast. I will definitely buy from Swanson again.

Excellent products and quick shipping. Customer service is amazing. I asked to return a product for my dog from my last order because sadly he died before it arrived, and I received a prompt, very kind reply and a refund.

Great service. Great products. Fast shipping from within the EU and therefore no delays due to customs control and you don`t need to pay tax on top of your order.

Roughly five times as expensive as the US website. Crap service, slow, unclear pricing considering multiple shipping locations in low-cost areas, often out of stock. No go.
