Reliable

Response time from staff is brilliant. Had an issue with postage to send phone to them. One email to customer service and they had it sorted. Phone was delivered, inspected and money in my bank within a week. Great customer service

Fast, reliable and trustworthy service, highly recommended!

I was a bit nervous when I started the process, but it turned out to be very straightforward. I sold my old iPhone, and from the moment they sent the delivery box until they received my phone, inspected it, and sent the payment, everything was very quick and clear. The communication was constant and clear. 100% recommended!

Trustful and Quick

I've been using the product I've bought for two weeks now and I'm fully satisfied. The battery lasts for hours when playing games or working, the device is fully corresponding to what I need from it and didn't have any issues so far. For me, It was delivered after 3 days when buying the product of the website.

My order arrived well packaged, quickly and fully functional. I recommend this website if you're on a budget, but also would like to buy a product of a better quality for your work.

Broken charger port

Paid extra for the better quality option and the charging port was broke I thought it was the charger but after multiple chargers I’ve realised it’s just the phone it only charges if the charger is pushed to the side of the port. Extremely disappointed

Furious

Furious. very negative experience in trying to sell my iphone to them.
their quotation is good but they never pay the full amount in the end. their plan is to report any sort of microscopic sign on your phone even if is inexistent. in my case the phone was likle new. not a single sign or scratch. they reported screen scratches than weren't there. I knew that if I asked my phone back they would sign it themselves so to justify their new quote. and I was right. bunch of criminals.

Don't sell them your phone.

I wanted to sell my phone. I did the required valuation on the website and got 211 euros as a result. I put the phone in the original packaging because if I had sent the phone in the same way, the phone would have broken during transport. A few days later, the company informed me that the price of the phone was 56 euros. When I asked for additional proof of the defects and asked to send the phone back in the original packaging, the answer was that they basically do not send back the original box. That they have written that the original box cannot be returned. I talked for a long time with two customer service representatives and they were arrogant and said that it was that simple, we would throw away the original box and that was it. I said that I could sell my phone myself with the box for a significantly higher price, that you had caused me material damage, but they were not interested. It was an extremely unpleasant communication.

We would like to clarify that the price only changes if the technical inspection reveals that the device is not in the condition stated on the initial form. Regarding the original box, we do state in our instructions and terms and conditions that original packaging should not be sent, as we cannot guarantee its return. We use specialized, sustainable logistics processes and typically recycle incoming packaging immediately upon receipt to maintain efficiency and safety in our warehouse.

We sincerely apologize if the communication you received felt arrogant or dismissive; this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. If you are unhappy with the updated offer, you can still request to have your phone returned to you for free, although we unfortunately cannot retrieve the original box at this stage.
