I purchased a mattress from this company but unfortunately had a problem with it. Their Customer Service were fantastic and sent reply emails very quickly and resolved my problem very efficiently and quickly.

Great customer service and very quick to respond. Had an issue with my mattress inflating and the not only provided suggestions but when the issue persisted they offered me a 4in mattress topper. Truly appreciate all their help.

I realized I needed a 10" mattress instead of a 12 ". They were patient with me. We just finalized everything. Everybody was wonderful. Mattress is great and fun opening it up and see it "grow". I have managed hotels and definitely appreciate their level of service! definitely recommend them!

What a great company!! I was having difficulty getting used to the mattress and I reached out to them. They sent me a topper, fast…it is heavenly (I sleep all night now). Thank you to Gabrielle who was the person thru Sweetnight I was emailing back and forth with, she made everything run smoothly. We purchased a mattress but were not at all comfortable on it, really wasn't working for us. She made sure we did everything we could to see if it was a problem with the mattress, or our comfort needs. She helped us find a different one after listening to our issues. Box of 2nd one was a bit beat up, but the way they wrap the mattress meant it was still perfect inside. Highly recommend Sweetnight, they stand by their brand and are very kind and respectful when dealing with customers. Very comfortable mattress, and we really needed a new one!

Bought the $700 Mattress on Amazon. The company had it on sale for $379 Amazon did refund the difference. I have had it for 2 weeks now and we love it. We are sleeping great. I really like it. This is my second one. The last one lasted a bout 12 years pretty good.

Good isn't the right word. It should say Excellent. I have never had the type of customer service that I received like that of Sweetnight. Everyone beginning with Angelica to Tracy were wonderful to work with. Fast response to emails with kindness, understanding and patience. My highest praise for this company's customer service. Excellent.

I ordered several mattresses for my Airbnb home but after all the setup, I had to return 2 twin size mattresses and purchase another queen instead. Despite it being a while, Sweetnight was able to take the return and refund me the full amount. Also, I did quite a bit of mattress shopping and the Sweetnight mattresses are comparable with some other brands, but half the price! We sleep well and everyone that stays at our airbnb compliments the comfort of the beds.

Great mattress at first, I thought I'd hot the jackpot with the price!

However, two years down the line and both my husband and I are unable to sleep on it. It has sunk and has weird lumpy hard bits in. I have since read more reviews from use over time and others agree saying the same.

Don't get taken in buy reviews that have only just got it!

I purchased my mattress from Sweetnight on Amazon and had some issues after the 30 day Amazon guarantee so I contacted Sweetnight. They were awesome to work with, resolved my issue, and even called to check on the situation. I can highly recommend their customer service.

I had an issue with 1 of the pillows in a pack of 4, I contacted customer service and it was resolved very promptly and satisfactorily.

The topper I recently purchased has allowed me to get a better night's sleep. I am able to get up in the morning with ease from my bed. I saw this on Sean and Sierra's vlog. This family is one that has shared wonderful experiences with their family viewers. I had to give it a try after Sean endorsed it.
I am pleased with Sleep Night and will share with others. It's been a game changer for me!

I was very skeptical! You would expect to pay over 1000 dollars for a mattress like this but it's real and it is amazing! Seriously couldn't be happier I went out in a limb to try this! So comfortable! Only took a day for it to get to it's full 12 inch thickness. You will not be disappointed save your money and buy this mattress!!

Poor user experience (no confirm details screen before the order is processed?) leading to Impossible customer service. Have had to contact service center nearly ten different times to first try and cancel and then try and get a shipping return label. No proactive outreach. Have had to fight and claw for each response. Customer service is friendly on the phone but I don’t think he has any back office support. Why is it impossible to get a return label? Shouldn’t be this hard.
