I purchased a Sweetnight mattress. This is my second one. I have slept on it and it is wonderful. Not too soft and not too firm. Sweetnight is a great company for quality mattresses.

Purchased a mattress and cover. mattress was delivered in a few days but the cover never came. I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. By the way the mattress is great, best I've ever had.

I ordered the Twilight hybrid queen mattress. It arrived pretty fast. I slept on it for 3 weeks. It was too hard and was hurting my hips. I'm a side sleeper. I contacted Sweet Night via email and they offered to ship the 3 inch topper for free to try it. It is so much better. Very well constructed, and no more pains! Great customer service!

My partner and I love our new mattress. We were looking for a hybrid mattress with a pillow top and we were really happy when we found the Twilight hybrid mattress from Sweet Night. For only $400, it’s a pretty good mattress and we have virtually no complaints. However, the biggest issue I could think of is the fact that it says it’s a 10-inch mattress but our mattress only rose to about 8 1/2-inches. That’s a bit of a bummer but it’s still a comfortable mattress. We are both side sleepers and we dislike memory foam, so we were looking for something that would be soft but not soft enough to swallow you whole. Luckily, we don’t have that problem and it’s been nice sleeping on our new bed. As far as the cooling feature goes, I haven’t really noticed it being any cooler than the bed I previously slept on, so I can’t say for certain if it works or not. It is nice not being able to feel my partner leave the bed in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, so that’s a nice perk. Overall, I would recommend these mattresses to anyone in need of an affordable mattress that’s comfortable and that has great quality.

Great customer service, and they honor their satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, the bed we chose wasn't right for us and my wife didn't enjoy it, so they did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. Ultimately, we mutually agreed that a full refund was necessary and they honored it with no problems at all. Will definitely consider them again for a different mattress!

I recently bought a twin mattress and mattress protectors from Sweet Night for my toddler and was very pleased with the quality! I would highly recommend Sweet Night to anyone looking for good value and good quality products. The customer service team were also very helpful when I wanted to return some pillows.

The hybrid mattresses from Sweetnight do not have fiberglass in it, which can be a great cause of concern. Mattresses of other manufacturers like Zinus, Lucid, Inofia have fiberglass as a fire retardant and it can be very costly to remove the fiberglass from your room or home (if it escapes the mattress). I came across Sweetnight while doing some research on buying mattresses from a blog stating that they had reached out to Sweetnight to confirm about Sweetnight not using fiberglass in their hybrids. The twilight mattress was rated very highly by them and numerous online reviews. I got the 10" Twilight hybrid mattress. It turned out to be a little bit firmer for me and I got shoulder, back and knuckle aches. (I did not know what kind of a sleeper I was). Turns out I do more side sleeping than I do sleeping on my back. For side sleepers, I would suggest getting the 12" hybrid mattress (Island preferably as it is stated to be softer). I reached out to Sweetnight about my issues (which I could have prevented by getting a mattress more suitable for me) and they sent out a topper to make the mattress softer. I have their Bamboo charcoal pillows ordered and will write a review soon after I get it. The customer service is very good.
Note: Know what kind of sleeper you are and buy the right kind of mattress as it turns out sending back your mattress is a bit of a hassle for the customers and Sweetnight as well because they have to come with special equipment, the wait time, and so on.

Received the mattress & must say it’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I am very content & sleeping great!

Love my mattress so far had it over a week now its soft on one side and firm on the other I'm a side sleeper and love the soft side .customer service has been great I had problems getting my warranty registered and they even did it for me and they are even sending me a free sweetnight pillow.thank you sweetnight.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good this mattress is. I have been getting .ugh better sleep since I bought it. Customer service was excellent.

I got the 2 sided gel memory foam mattress and the set up was great! As soon as we removed the plastic it started to set up... I love it so far and felt great. I didnt even want to get up from my nap before work! It's a YES for me!!!!

Hello everyone, I just purchased a a 12 inch king size hybrid island suite night. I have slept for nights on my new mattress and let me tell you it is amazing! I I purchased a mattress through a third-party site not knowing anything about sweet night. I was in for a refreshing surprise. Not only did I receive the best quality mattress I have ever slept on but a company with wonderful customer service as well I purchased my sweet night for health reasons. I suffer from scoliosis which causes back pain and I am a severe asthmatic with allergies I would wake up every morning sore congested and gasping trying to find my breathing treatment wonderful way to start your day right? I know this might sound crazy but after four only four nights on my sweet night I wake up with little to no back pain or congestion. Of course I still have asthma however I wake up refreshed and not gasping so a breathing treatment is not the first activity of my day. When I went online to activate my warranty I have encountered a team of tireless customers Service agents asking again and again if there’s anything they can do to make my sweet night experience any better. But between is there a one product and great customer service aside from coming and tucking me in there’s nothing else they could do. This is a great products from a great company and I will never buy another mattress again applause to the way business is supposed to be run thank you sweet night!

These pillows are great. I’m a side and back sleeper and I had ordered the standard charcoal and bamboo fill to support my neck and shoulders. I kinda wished I had ordered at least the queen size because my head easily rolls off when I turn around. The pillowcase it came in is extremely soft and thick too. After a while, these pillows do flatten out, but I flip my pillow over and that’s a quick fix in the middle of the night. Before bed, I make sure to fluff it up by pulling the foam apart.

I was frustrated with how long it took for me to receive my products, but it was due to the items being lost during transit. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. They were very communicative and sent me the products again. They were also conveniently available with the instant messaging system they have on their website. I would definitely order from them again.

Excellent support! I wanted more fill to overstuff the pillow I'd ordered to better fit my sleeping needs. I contacted customer support and they sent me a whole new pillow from which I was able to use ample fill to get my pillow just right.
