Came fast. Easy to unpack. Very comfortable- especially for the the price point. Very satisfied.

Really quick delivery service! And this is our 2nd mattress we buy with great quality for a great price. Unlike the overly priced brands that charge more and comfort wearing off sooner. I've had nothing but great experience. Helped with my back pain too!

Best customer support! I ordered my mattress and ended up with my friends mattress so I had to return this one. They were politely and timely in their communication and I returned mattress in no time!

I bought this mattress and list it in a flood to Hurricane IAN

I reached out to them to find my order and had nothing left to give them information because it was under 4 ft of water!
I really did get a great nights sleep with this mattress it was everything the described

And when I get to re order I will.

Thanks to their great customer service they provided the invoice for this to happen.

Also have their pillows and these too are very comfortable.

I ordered two pillows however after the 30 day returns one lost its height. I contacted Customer and Support and within a few days a replacement had arrived. Excellent service

I have looked for a mattress in a box forever 2 months
this mattress was without question the best mattress
I have ever slept on. I went to a store that had a very expensive mattresses that you see on TV and not the Purple one it was great and cost 1000s of dollars. If you
have read every review and I did one thing to point out is I had a number of questions they all where answered very quickly. Their support is top notch. I could write a book about not waking up with my shoulders hurting so bad I though that something was really wrong. There was my (mattress). I now wake up not hurting and I sleep better then I have in years. its easy to set up just note the one thing thats not clear which is firm which is softer. The zipper side down is the firm side the orange
tag is the softer side. I weigh around 150 and found the
softer side to be perfect also its not mush and has amazing support. if you want an amazing mattress this
is neat a very fair price and beats one costing 10 times
the price. Would I buy another mattress from this company absolutely
