The company is a scam, have not received my item been over a month and still says it’s in transit. Emailed them few times, and keep sending me a tracking number which stats the same in transit. Would NOT RECOMMEND to anybody!

Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I purchased two items on April14,2020 and today is May 6, and I have yet to receive my item or contact from customer service. I was finally given a tracking number just to see that the label was created but not shipped. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I would not even give them one star if I didn't have to. I received notice that my order was shipped on 4/6/20. The tracking link that was sent to me didn't work for two weeks. Now it reads that the order was canceled on 4/15/20. I have emailed Swiftrend several times and provided them with a screenshot showing the cancelation. They insist that my order is still in transit even though the tracking number reads differently. The contact at Swiftrend insists the delay is due to Covid-19 but does not offer any other solution than to keep waiting. I asked for a refund and the response again was to continue waiting. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Not even worthy of one star. Ordered a keep fit item in March after requesting info as to despatch received a tracking link which states goods in export hub and has not changed in weeks. On going back to the company they say you will receive in a week. Thats what they told mr two weeks ago too. Do not buy from them in their terms it states No refunds after 30 days so looks like I have lost my money!!
