i ordered something and it showed 45…

i ordered something and it showed 45 minutes and after the 45 minutes when i talked to an agent she said it will be 30 minutes more and after those 30 minutes she still said 30 minutes and then she asked me if it’s okay to cancel the order and refund the amount i said yes, the amount never showed up to my account and the order got cancelled and they didn’t even compensate me just said we are sorry and this inconvenience won’t happen in the future, i was on the agent’s chat for 40 minutes and she replied really slow( the agent’s name was shamiya)

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. they delivered wrong order. called delivery guy, didn't pick up. chatted with customer care, they asked to email a pic of the wrong order . after weeks of back and forth they say its not in their policy to issue a refund citing some random reasons

Worst ever service.

Worst ever service.
We had order for beer glasses, milk, sprite cans, multigrain chips and since there was offer we got Greek yogurt for Rs1.
Now since they didn't had the glasses they charged us delivery fee plus for the yogurt Rs 60 also they replaced cans with bottles. Which we didn't want. Also the person who came to delivered is saying it is marked delivered I cannot take it return why are we supposed to suffer a loss. You can cancel the order or make a call before doing these changes without our permission. Chat agent also couldn't solve, no option to call. Worst ever service.

I will sue you if anything goes wrong.

You should lay off all of your customer support i guess they are not even listing or want to help the customer.

You sould use AI insted. Lying to customer nd dont have the right layout for app. Go do some research on how to handel customer nd their needs.

Worst experience- was asked to pay cancellation charges

My order initially showed 30-35 minutes and after 45 minutes it still showed 22 min delayed as they couldn't find a delivery partner and when I connected with an agent, you wouldn't believe the kind of responses I received. He wasted another 25 minutes with slow responses and when I asked him to cancel my order and give me a refund of my money he said that a refund won't be possible as Swiggy has this policy where they don't allow the food to be wasted so I need to pay 228 rupees cancellation charges. Wow really wow - the agent name is Shatrughan and worst experience really worst experience.

I booked a table for 3 using dine out…

I booked a table for 3 using dine out for a restaurant in Goa, Later I paid the amount using my HDFC Swiggy card, Afterwards I got to know its a different restaurant with a similar name and location. I raised the issue with Swiggy & dine out team with all the screenshot and details. It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t heard anything from them. No update no refund. These kind of fraud activities should be stopped and customers service should be improved

Swiggy has played a cruel joke on us

Swiggy has played a cruel joke on us. We placed an order for two burgers from Burger King at 9:48 AM and the delivery arrived at 12:00 PM. We returned the delivery and refused to accept it because it was lunch time. We have been fined ₹210 and deducted from our next order. I want to ask why this has been done?

Worst app ever

Worst app ever, always no delivery partner to deliver food when ask to cancel cos of their fault thy charge d whole cancelation on customer head n speak as if tht are very clean, I'm sorry u guys need to shut down ur damn company u guys are good at scamming customer in the name of cancelation fee where u delivery partner steal customer food, no professional when v chat or call no proper response when chose English some dude speaks in hindi what's d point having a IvR when u can't direct the customer at d right team, customer rep am very arrogant insist us to wait n threaten us with cancelation fee when it's customer fault, shut down ur damn company it's ur guys are going to the dogs where only one suffering with customers n vendor not u bastards

I would like to give the best worst…

I would like to give the best worst award to Swiggy and WOW momos resturant.Today I have ordered momos from WOW momos then I get a call from restaurant saying what I have ordered that items r not available,and I should cancel it.When I was about to cancel the order my cancellation fees was similar to the bill what I have ordered.when I said I don't want to cancel my order No one is responding neither Swiggy nor restaurant.These people are lying to the customer after many calls I got my order but in very bad and pathetic condition.Momos Are not properly cooked over steam very very bad experience.

Horrible Service

If disappointment had a delivery service, it would be Swiggy Instamart.
I don’t know how they’ve managed to turn something as simple as grocery delivery into a masterclass in frustration, but here we are. Orders arrive late (if they arrive at all), items are constantly missing, and what does show up often looks like it lost a fight on the way. Fresh produce? More like “barely survived transit.”
Customer support is another level of chaos—scripted responses, zero accountability, and absolutely no urgency to fix anything. You spend more time chasing refunds than actually using the service. And when refunds do come, they feel like reluctant handouts rather than basic customer rights.
The app promises convenience, but delivers stress. At this point, walking to a store, growing your own vegetables, or bartering with neighbors seems more reliable.
Would not recommend unless you enjoy paying for disappointment.

First order and extremely disappointed

I tried Swiggy for the first time and I am supremely disappointed. The order was never delivered. The item "TWININGS Pure Green Tea Bags" having HSN/SAC code "09021090" in order number "232385270451219" was never delivered, and it was marked delivered on the app and on the invoice I received over email.

Called the delivery person but he never picked up the phone. Called customer care 3 times and I was told that the order was delivered to a wrong address incorrectly and would be redelivered within 10 minutes. The order finally came after 15 minutes.

This has never happened once with all the multiple orders I have received from Blinkit.

Will never order from Swiggy Instamart again!

Worst Customer Complaint Resolution on Swiggy Food Delivery App

I placed an order (ID: 231848569145457) where the restaurant sent an unsealed box to me and it felt items are missing in it. I reported on app, then wrote an email, no refund, no service to resolve the problem provided by Swiggy.
Moreover, today I placed an order (ID: 232219412122065) more than an hour ago, and besides increasing the delivery time, no resolution or customer service provided by the app. Please stop tormenting customers. Third class customer service from Swiggy. Stall your operations if you can’t keep customers happy.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIGGY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

Ordered a chocolate truffle cake from Cake O Fresh in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, via Swiggy for my son-in-law's birthday, but received a completely different, subpar cake. Despite multiple attempts to contact Swiggy, there's been no resolution - "NOT EVEN A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT". Their customer service is a JOKE. Will ensure this horror story is shared far and wide. 1/5 stars - NEVER AGAIN SWIGGY! THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! BOYCOTT SWIGGY TILL THEY IMPROVE!

This has become a waste food delivery…

This has become a waste food delivery app. I recently ordered a meal that was completely inedible. I immediately raised a complaint through the app, but there has been absolutely no action or response from the company. It is incredibly disappointing to be served terrible food and then face zero accountability from customer support. I strongly advise checking other apps before ordering here.

I tried to order online did not confirm…

I tried to order online did not confirm as the discount offered was not included in the invoice, did not get option to cancel the order as there was no valid number to contact swiggy online, I thought of accepting the order if arrived on time, the delivery guy came later than 30 mins which was notified in the order, delivery guy made me speak to customer care, and customer care refused to accept the accountability for being late. Finally I cancelled the order.
