Abusive Deliver Partner of Swiggy Instamart location dadar west Mumbai

I placed an order on Swiggy Instamart, which included eggs. The delivery agent, Preetam Verma, delivered completely damaged eggs. When I raised the issue with him, he responded with abusive language. I reported the matter to customer care and was assured that appropriate action would be taken.
However, no action appears to have been taken, as I have seen the same delivery agent continuing to deliver in this area. This is extremely concerning. Swiggy must ensure that delivery personnel maintain basic professionalism and accountability when interacting with customers.

Today Highly Disappointed with Excessive Pricing – Please Compare Before Ordering

Today, we attempted to place an order from Rayar Cafe, Chennai – 6 Vadas and 1 Pongal.

The total price on Swiggy was ₹250, whereas the exact same items on Zomato were priced at ₹188.95.

This is a significant price difference for the same restaurant and same items. Such pricing variations raise concerns about transparency and fairness towards customers.

I strongly urge all customers to carefully cross-check prices across platforms before placing an order to avoid paying unnecessarily higher amounts.

Food delivery platforms should maintain consistency and ensure customers are not charged disproportionately.

Very disappointed with this experience.

Swiggy is such a falthu app...Everytym facing the issue with the orders which ever placed... Yesterday I have ordered groceries in instamart, in that santoor sandal soap were missing, while calling delivery agent about thus issue he kept the conference with the store Manager Naresh, he spoke with me n said within half an hour I ll send uhhh... but till nw no soap got delivered to my home but the money will be deducted correctly....and in the complaining option while giving complaint against this it will close automatically by saying silly reasons.....n nw today I ordered for biryani in Pista House at the tym of 09:54pm....it showed as 13min and delivery partner is about to pick ur order.... the tym was 11:24 pm but still no delivery partner picked up the order....while calling to restaurant they r telling no order placed.. but the money got deducted.....such a cheap app, disgusting app.

I am beyond frustrated with Swiggy’s…

I am beyond frustrated with Swiggy’s completely unreliable service today (20th Feb 2026). I placed two separate orders this evening, and both times I received calls from customer service informing me that the delivery partners had delivered my instamart items to the wrong addresses. Once can be dismissed as human error, but twice in a single evening is nothing short of gross incompetence.

This is not just poor service — it shows a total breakdown in basic logistics and accountability. Customers pay for convenience and reliability, not for the stress of chasing their own orders. The fact that this happened twice proves that Swiggy has failed to maintain even the most fundamental delivery standards.

At this point, competitors like Blinkit are far more dependable and professional. If Swiggy cannot ensure that orders reach the correct address, it seriously needs to reconsider operating in this space.

Extremely disappointing. Completely unacceptable.

Cheating

The order showed delivered in the app,but the delivery execute refused to deliver ,even after 45 minutes ,when the delivery dud not happen I cancelled it not realising that Swiggy dies not refund any part of the payment if we cancel.
I cancelled because it was icecream and would have melted

This is my 3rd bad experience with Swiggy.

They cheat you .

Swiggy is not even rated with single star

I would not recommend using Swiggy. I faced delivery issues twice during my train journeys. I placed my food order 4 hours in advance and selected the station where my train was scheduled to arrive. However, the food was not delivered on time.

When I contacted customer care, they simply kept saying that the order would reach shortly, and if not, the money would be refunded. This is not acceptable. If a company cannot keep its promise of timely delivery, it loses customer trust and credibility.

In my opinion, the company seems to invest more in advertisements and promoting the app as speed, convenience, and the variety of food options rather than providing reliable and committed service. I strongly suggest that customers should be cautious before trusting this service.

Finally Dont Trust Swiggy.

Very bad service from Swiggy

The service Swiggy is currently providing is very poor. I would advise against placing an order if you are in a hurry or feeling hungry. I have order 2X order for Paneer and Masroom but they have provided only single and also have not refunded for one.

I usually order food and groceries…

I usually order food and groceries through Swiggy and Instamart, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing.

- On my first recent order from Oudh Restaurant via Swiggy, I received biryani that was smelly and of very poor quality. I wrote a review at the time, thinking it was a one-off issue.
- However, on my latest order from Arsalan, I faced the same problem again despite paying for food, packaging, GST, and platform fees.

To make matters worse, when I tried to raise a complaint, the Swiggy agent kept me on hold for over 30 minutes without any response.

This repeated poor service has left me frustrated, and I have decided not to use Swiggy again unless there is a serious improvement in food quality and customer support.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Swiggy today. We ordered dosa sambar from Dosa Coffee CP Delhi, and the sambar was completely watery, more like rasam, and unacceptable.

I contacted Swiggy customer care today at around 9:20 PM IST and spoke with Yash. His behavior was not polite or helpful. We paid around ₹680–700, but were offered only ₹180 as a refund.

We requested a replacement or full refund, both of which were refused. I was also told that Swiggy cannot connect customers to the restaurant. This is very poor customer service. I will avoid Swiggy and prefer Zomato going forward.

I ordered a few items from Swiggy Insta…

I ordered a few items from Swiggy Insta mart but one item was not delivered. When I asked the delivery executive he informed me to contact customer service.However after contacting customer support I was told that they could not help and was given an email ID to raise a complaint. I have already sent an email but there has been no response so far. It is disappointing that neither the missing item has been resent nor the refund has been processed.

Very disappointing experience with my recent order from Swiggy.

I placed an order and realized within a few minutes that the delivery address was incorrect. I immediately contacted customer support and requested them to simply change the address or replace the order. However, instead of helping, they cancelled my order without a refund and asked me to place a new order with full payment again.

I clearly explained my situation and requested a solution, but the support team refused to change the address or reprocess the order. Because of this, I faced a complete financial loss from my side.

As a customer, I expected better service and quick support for a simple issue. Unfortunately, there was no proper assistance or resolution provided. Very unhappy with this experience.

Worst experience ever with Swingy

Worst experience ever with Swingy. I placed an order which showed delivery in less than 30 minutes, but I waited nearly 1 hour and still did not receive my food. My kids were waiting for dinner and eventually went to sleep hungry.
Tried calling customer care, but there was no proper response or support. No clear update, no resolution, no accountability. Extremely disappointed with this service.
I will never order again and do not recommend Swingy to anyone.

They are doing scams openly i ordered full serving and received puny sized food delivered at 11 pm totally ruined my night and made me upset by not helping me they straight up refunding me 39 rupees for a 400 rupees order @swiggy you can keep that 39 rupees up in your a**. Don’t you dare using this app if you don’t like to experience what I’ve experienced save your hard earned money id rather walk to pick my order up myself than to order again from Swiggy ever again 😡😡

Swiggy isn’t a food delivery app anymore — it’s a gamble. Will your food arrive late, incomplete, or “sampled” by the delivery executive? Spin the wheel. Customer support exists only to apologize without fixing anything. Money gone, food gone, patience gone. Zomato is miles ahead — faster, cleaner, and actually delivers what you pay for.
