Great product, nicely packaged and speedy delivery. Only reason not 5 stars is £100 for free delivery is quite high considering i spent 85 on the rucksack.

The only downside was I ordered the wrong one so beware the huntsman and the climber look the same but the huntsman has the saw! Totally my fault when logging back in but not checking!!!😫

Great selection of products. Many pictures and detailed descriptions made it easy to choose the right rucksack. I even got a first-time-buyer discount. My order shipped in less than half the promised time. The backpack I bought is a Wenger, excellent quality.

I have purchased many of the excellent Swiss Army penknives over the years. They are well made and have fabulous functional variations to suit many activities. This latest purchase was the smallest penknife for my wife to carry in her handbag.

I ordered this knife as a little pocket knife i thought it was a four layer but turned out to be 5 slightly bigger then I thought, but still lovely. I ordered the fire ant fero rod and tinder for the cork screw looks lovely with the colour. Practical pocket knife

Excellent product and easy to collect from a local store. Have been looking at buying a Wenger Back Pack for sometime and I wasn’t disappointed! Great quality product at a reasonable price. Simple online order, lovely engraving, quick delivery.

The watch strap was as described.
Very good quality and prompt delivery.
However it was extremely expensive and I may look for an alternative in the future

Product was fine. (Significantly smaller than expected but I of course should’ve checked) however I will say on the official website their products appear to be very overpriced compared to go outdoors where I find the same product and brand significantly cheaper.
Nothing necessarily wrong just overpriced in my opinion compared to other retailers who sell this exact same brand

I ordered a Swiss Army knife for my good friend and included a personalised note to her. I was so surprised and happy that it was hand written! Such a personal service. I hope the staff didn't mind the rude language included. The note (the mere fact it was hand written with expletives kept in) Made her day!!! 5 stars!
