The gift arrived quickly, but the cardboard box in which the gift arrived was slightly squashed and therefore damaged. Only a minor point though.

After spending a huge amount of time for a laptop backpack , finally I bought this "MX Light 16" Backpack - Heather Grey" so I can use it when I commute to office in my cycle. The quality is very good, lots of useful small pockets, laptop cushioning is great with decent spacing to keep other things. The shape of the bag stays firm and not clumsy when it is empty. That is an important factor to me. I havent tried on a rainy day, hope it is water resistant. Overall I really loved it, happy with my purchase and would recommend.

very quick delivery, nice pocket knife with useful features, bought as a gift. Engraved knife blade was done very nicely. Only suggestion would be to give the measurements of knife on the website - when it arrived it was smaller than the 'standard' length Swiss army knife that I was hoping for

Having decided to nosey about for a couple more additions to my SAK Hunter Pro and Evoke Alox collection Google kept bringing up Swiss Store with a Father's Day discount code.

The prices were decent already but with an additional 10% off they became outstanding. So I decided to really push the boat out and pull the trigger on three new knives but at checkout it was saying code not valid.

So the following morning I called them and spoke to a lady called Josie who told me they'd been having issues with the discount codes. She was super helpful and instructed me to complete the checkout process then just to email her my order number and she'd apply a 10% refund manually.

Needless to say she was as good as her word and did refund me 30 odd quid straight away! The knives got delivered this morning, packed securely enough to arrive in mint condition which is always important to us collectors.

Extremely happy with the whole experience so a massive thank you to Josie and to all at Swiss Store.

the only down side for me was that I am a manager for a large cleaning company and we have just started to use Astonish cleaning products, I could only order 12 bottles at a time. having 7 sites I may need to order more than once a month.
